Highly recommended in terms of visa processing and border run assistance.
Their packages are all-inclusive so all you have to do is go and relax. Their staff and agents are also very accommodating and will really assist their clients.
My only concern is their office space because it is a bit small and can get really crowded.

Their service is a bit pricey, but you surely won't regret the experience.

Overall, Meesuk Travel is worth it.

The manager is an hysterical rude woman who insults her customers and charges extra AFTER you paid and did the border run. “My company made a mistake — you pay for my mistake”. It’s her words. They stopped the bus and started asking for some extra charge, yelling and threatening the customer to leave her in the middle of nowhere and call an immigration officer lol.
Before my friends recommended me this agency. But this case… Well. Think twice before paying them.

All my family (3 persons) got sick after this trip! We just froze all the way both ways to laos (12 hours one way). The driver simply ignored our requests to make the air conditioner warmer.he had 17-18 degrees in the car - this is a mockery and a refrigerator. Now each of us lies with a temperature!

Staff are very rude, The filipino staff are no good, they will just pass you by even if you're in the office, , Don't get your visa assistance Here! Their customer service is rubbish

It feels like I didn't get a visa, but went on vacation. Everything was wonderful, everyone communicated with us politely and took us everywhere. We had a lovely dinner with a view of the river. The visa was done without any problems, it was collected quickly

Default FWD insurance wont be activated because agency wont send them a negative ATK on your arrival to TH.better to buy your own covid insurance and ask agency to use it instead for Thai Pass creation.or when you will get covid - no money will be returned by FWD.on the border officers can ask to pay additional fee for visa.

A lot of Filipinos who work in Thailand go here. Although, according to a friend, she waited for a long time until they finally gone out for the trip outside Thailand. But overall, I think the agency still does an average good job for their clients.

Let’s start with the good: This company is very legit and takes great care to ensure you the greatest chance of success. They got us through immigration with ease, and I felt safe in the van only with exception to instances beyond the driver’s control.

Somewhat concerning, but worked out fine: They do hold your passport for a majority of the trip. During immigration, they will make copies - this is likely to help with hotel check-in since you will be checking in after you hand over your passport to immigration. We also did NOT check into the same hotel we were initially told we’d be staying at. However, the hotel we did stay at was just fine.

The less pleasurable: No visa run is all candy and cupcakes. I’ve done them on my own arrangements, too. But I would never settle for being served cold food, nor for a van ride so cold all of the passengers are shivering. I do believe the food was outside of Meesuk’s control, and was able to find an excellent cafe within walking distance. The van, however, was so cold I developed a cough and was diagnosed with bronchitis on my return - effectively costing me 3 days of work.

Takeaway: Meesuk will make sure you have a smooth immigration process. But be prepared to take your comfort into your own hands.

Great people to do a visa run with. They check your documentation prior to putting on a van which means you are in better odds rod getting your visa at the border. Keep up the work work guys!

Compared to other places for visa run, Meesuk is definitely a front runner! They are with you all the way.except for the arduous wait outside the embassy! They would have 5 stars but for the fact that our van was supposed to leave at 6pm, only got there after 8pm. And a drive to Savannakhet does not take 7 to 8 hrs, 10 to 12hrs is way more accurate! But if you have to go, use Meesuk!

Overbooked and crowded. Book your own visa run - you will save money and travel with out being crammed in a sardine can.

They are reliable and legitimate. Only reason I'm giving them a 3 star rating is the fact that when we drove back from Laos, we had to swap vans (and none of the drivers gave us problems), then this fairly old gentlemen driver gave us the scariest ride home. Honestly did not feel safe. He is reckless, speeds too much and applies sharp brakes ALL the time. @meesuk, you guys should honestly reconsider having him as a driver, for this is not cool.

They are the best agency I ever had in my life. They will never leave you in times of difficulties during your exits or etc. That is why I recommend this agency to others.

All the bad review's below are make no sense.
I just come back from my visa run from Laos and they did absolutely everything what they could for me. My only thing to do it was just to queue up with my passport and paper's to apply for visa because you need to do that in person.
I was expecting less help from them and they surprise me a lot and it felt that they where doing everything and I was just there because I need to be. I would be lost whitouth them at the borders.
So they are legit and you can go with them because you gone be in a very good hands.

Had a terrible ride to Laos because they took us in a broken van from Bangkok to Khorat for 3 hours until we got a better van. It was bumping so much that some of us got a bad headache and a 79 year old woman got bruises on her knees. The driver didn’t slow down even though the van was not suited for this high speed on the bumpy road. Don’t go with Mesuuk travel if you want to stay in good health.

The agency was unorganized upon arrival to their location. Two of the "staff" members were getting manicures and pedicures at their desk and couldn't be bothered with questions or answering the phone. It came across as chaos.

Travel to and from Laos was interesting to say the least. The driver was speeding the whole time and spent the majority of the trip on his phone. Texting and calling. I figured if his job was to drive that he would prioritze safety but I was wrong. Which was a theme across the entire trip - a lack of safety.

Another issue, and really the biggest, I had was at the border on the way back. I was asked to hand my passport over to a staff member - I did so and went into the duty free section - but when we crossed back into Thailand (there was no staff to be seen) but A MEMBER OF THE GROUP HAD OVER 20 PASSPORTS. Probably not her fault, but it shows a severe lack of responsibility and laziness on the Meesuk "staff". What kind of agency willingly passes off your passport to complete strangers in hopes they handle them with care?

I'm sure this a good option for some but I'd advise either going with a separate agency or doing it solo.

Safety is key and Meesuk lacks in this area.

I love booking with this agency as they will not leave you behind if incase you will encounter any problems with anything. Very accommodating. Tye owners are very helpful, friendly and hospitable.
