I am an 18 year old male who did something really stupid about 2 months back in one of my holidays that involved unsafe oral sexual practices. Due to this, I lived in constant fear of contracting HIV from this incident (I do know the risk is low but still), thus I came to this clinic yesterday to do some blood tests (choosing the platinum STD package as per the assistants), where my blood got drawn out and where I had to give my urine sample.

Not gonna lie, the window between doing the tests and waiting for the results were hell as I wasn’t sure whether or not my life will be changed by a stupid mistake that I made. I also made sure to constantly annoy the MedEx team with updates, so apologies for that. However, MedEx delivered in the very end with the desired results.

I took a Covid test from here and it went well. The staff I communicated with were friendly. I found it hard to locate you so would recommend you to work on signage with directions to your premises within the building.

Very good service. I did my regular checkup and the results were given with few hours. The reception was polite and can use english langauge with ease. No issues of documentations and IDs as well. I highly recommend it.if you are checking it for your own real health status. Apprecaite it.

A lot of reviewers say Medex is a scam, but in my experience it isn’t. It may not, however, be what you think at first. It is NOT, as you might believe, a chain of clinics/labs with Medex-branded branches all over Thailand. On the contrary, it’s a one-stop online shop for medical needs you may have in Thailand. You pick what you need, where you need it and then Medex finds a suitable hospital near you and sets an appointment. A lot of users appear to have become confused and angry when they arrive at a hospital instead of a Medex clinic. And Medex could probably do a better job of making things clearer on its website to avoid that. But I found it efficient and affordable. If you prefer, you can still go direct to a hospital near you. Most have English-language websites spelling out their services and taking appointments. Medex just offers another convenient avenue to shop for medical services around Thailand for those unfamiliar with its many quality hospitals. It also has very responsive customer service. But just don’t expect to arrive at a spiffy Medex lab once you set your appointment.

The center address and what is on the actual location is very different. Reaching the location, we spent an hour looking for the office which was closed and finally after an hour, one of their agent shows up and only to find out they fill the form and don’t do testing at this center. We have to go to the hospital to get our test done.
Why call yourself a RT-PCR testing center when you are actually not testing at the location.
Very disappointed.

I visited MedEx on 6th and 7th November, 2022. They are best with good location, very polite and supportive staff, I choosed China RT PCR package and got reports in few hours so I got my green health code very easily. They helped me in every step, responded quickly my all the queries on time. I will highly recommend you all MedEx for RT PCR and other services too, go for it without any tension.

I booked a RTPCR test with them late in the night for morning 8am, they were very proactive right from the start, the medtech came promptly on time to our hotel room and although I opted for results within 24 hours I got it by 3 pm on the same day. This place worked well for me. The only thing is the costs are very high, I paid 7500 Bahts for 2 people! But looks like all places there are expensive so cant blame them!

Professional place and friendly staff. I did my covid test and the results arrived on time (even earlier than I expected.). I recommend this place if you need a covid test in Bangkok

I appreciate the quick service and staff members behaviour. I connected with them late night on 24th Oct'22 for RTPCR of my daughter, as we have to fly out to India. Within minutes got all details. Visited next day 7am and was free after the test in just 10 minutes. Report was shared on mail and whatsApp by the evening.

Very well organised, very spacious and cozy test centre. Called them for VIP Express PCR, booked online and got tested around 7: 05 PM (they waited for me). Received results before 8 PM by email and SMS. Customer Service is excellent. They also provided me a brief consultation about my medical inquiry. They asked to visit main offices on the 6th Floor but I had to rush for the airport. Hands down the best service among all health providers in Thailand!

Their office is in a car park. The place is simple and shabby. I paid 2750 for the pcr test and the result was +ve on day 1. Then, they asked me to do another one cost 4250 on day 2 which become -ve. They charged me 7000 in 2 days which was more than my air ticket! Maybe I should try another clinic but my flight was on day 2 so I have not enough time.

Walk-in customer. Was registered and tested immediately, no wait. Rapid PCR test = 5500 Baht. Test results within 1.5 hours. Excellent service.
