They gotta give more napkins and turn the air conditioner up and get the charging plugs updated and working. But the food was hot

I ordered a large set of 2 Big Macs and one cheeseburger, but it took 23 minutes and the person taking the order was very unfriendly. It's a pity that the sauce on the Big Mac is leaned to one side.

Just landed Bangkok and having supper at this outlet just downstairs of Holiday Inn Express before they close at 12 midnight.
Tried Samurai Pork Burger

One of the poorest and darkest McDonald's I have ever been to. They have only a few tables, hardly any staff and the place only looks like a pick-up station. The lighting is very poor. No fun to go there!

A place to go sit for a night meal/snack, if you're at Siam and everything's closed at 22.00. Speedy service. Got new french fries everytime, maybe I'm lucky? This time I went for takeaway lunch! And as of 26Dec2022, the opening time is from 7.00-24.00.

Always go for take outs when I stay in Holiday Inn. Speedy service. Food presentation is not same as picture but still fresh and tasty.

They were messing the orders up, even on a v limited customer base. It was like the staff was not trained and they kept giving wrong orders, even when we keep waiting for more than 20 mins they can't produce the right dishes. They didn't give me the right coffee, my breakfast set was totally in the wrong order, then instead of strawberry sauce she gave me a sundae when I was having a coffee.

Food was great as expected from McDonald.only the preparation was alittle slow. Could be better

This place has such a retarded ordering system. If I knew what I wanted to get and people are hoarding the two touched screens and taking forever. The dumb staffs just pointing their fingers at the screen and told customers to request their orders from there. It's not as if when I put in my order, they going to get it in their system, I still have to go to the cash register to give them my receipt and they'll reenter what I entered on the touched screen.
I'm have a long day today - a 1.5 hrs airplane ride each way - because I visited some relatives in northern Thailand and I just want to catch something quick.

Standard of McDonald’s are very similar regardless of where you are in the world. Won’t go too much into the taste. However I see that some items on the menu are unique.

15mim after order, I could not get meals. I had to cancell them for next appointment. I could not be refunded. Quite different from the Mc in developping countly.

Located just beside the lobby of the hotel (Holiday Inn Express) provides great convenience to the guests and also people around the area when looking for food late at night.

Yummy and tasty Burger Not crowded as other McDonald's stores. Good place for relax and have to some tasty burgers. I liked it.

I went a few times and had no problem. However, once I gave the manager 1000 baht and I noticed she gave me back less change (it was 500 baht short).
I went back and told her I gave her 1000 baht and showed her the reciept, she kept telling me that I didn't and kept denying the fact she owed me change. She eventually had to check the register since its a rule and she kept mumbling to with an attitude to her co workers in front of me. In the end, she just said "sorry" harshly and handed me my change. This Mcdonalds is overpriced anyways and is only good because its convenient. No matter how annoyed you are by a customer, its not professional at all to give attitude, especially as manager.

Not many options for chicken or veg. Beef oriented. Also, i didnt get orange fanta instead they had the red one.

Went on Saturday night before closing time. I had to wait (7 minutes) but the pie was worth it.

Visited in the morning and found a staff who speaks English:) Ordered McMorning and ice coffee. Food was good itself, the staff was kind as well. I would recommend trying real-fruit juice rather than the coffe cause it is super cheap while authentic. I noticed this little after I complete ordering: (Next time, I will visit here again:)

Nice to try a different McDonald's menu compared to Australia, still has the usual items though Big Mac etc.
