Fast food joint located strategically in a hotspot tourist area. Huge crowd but food service and clean up was fast and efficient. Love the pork burger.

Busy McDonalds restaurant when we were there in the morning. Mainly due to the fact it’s one of the very few places open before 10am to get food.
Self ordering terminals gives you time to choose at your own pace.
Food was OK, took a bit of time to arrive and could have been a bit hotter.

It's considered clean environment, food is good There are some shopping booth outside the McDonald's selling souvenirs too. Mbk is huge! McDonald's is just a ground level.

I like McDonald's but I don't understand why some charge a lot more than others

In Pattaya it's very expensive because they manipulate tourists. 2 minutes outside Pattaya and it's 30 per cent less prices.

Same in certain parts of Bangkok.

It's disgusting. Stop overcharging tourists.

MBK Center is famous landmark at Bangkok, McDonald is lies at the ground floor of MBK gate 1. This is also accessible from other gate of MBK.however, gate 1 is easiest gate.

Because of the virus situation I have to say it was pretty terrible two customers were there at lunch time I just needed a bottle of water but I had to talk through three different partitions and was treated like I had the plague I understand they're trying to be safe but it's just ridiculous

Visited as my wife was hoping she will find something to eat and the only thing they have in vegetarian is Fries. Loved the order placing system from the touch screen machine as you can customize your order and the token you get was something unique for me. It blinks and starts making sound as soon as your order is ready.

Il fait bon se retrouver dans cet endroit très propre et à l'alimentation occidentale et avec la climatisation. Bangkok est une ville folle, là on reprend ses repères.

Very efficient and customer focused as with all McD's. Same food selection andyou get fresh of whatever is your taste on your visit. Located in good position in MBK so easy to find. Fast food at its mist efficient.

They lost the Quarter Pounder and I lost the McDonald that I so loved since a kid at Liat. They've lost their identity.

Friendly crew, they understand english too, and there are plenty of charging outlets avaiable too! Been visiting this outlet for years and its a good place to relax and have meals too!

Most of the time they don't supply ice cream cones, makes excuses the machine is under repair. The City Center McDonalds don't have ice cream cones

I like Thai Mcdonald bettet than the ones we have back in Aus. The chicken menu is halal, n that was the pleasant surprise. N it seems thay the crispy chicken no matter where u buy from is just too good here.

Confusing terminal and hard to use mobile app vouchers (first country the terminal doesn't accept them and a personnel needs to do it manually)

This location is implementing a new automated ordering system, so new customers need to learn the mechanics. Fortunately, friendly staff are at the newly installed machines to render courteous assistance. Until you get the hang of it, the pages are quite confusing. But i am sure that with a little practice, everyone should do just fine. My rating would have been better absent the confusion created by some of the pages displayed.

We don't get good beef in India so this is always good cause a Cheeseburger here is a quicky beef Patty with a good amount of cheese and yummy soft bread.

Interesting McDonald.their menu is slightly different than their American counterpart. Don't expect a dollar menu either.

The Thai McDonald they also sell Fried Chicken and spicy wings (REAL SPICY). You don't need to speak Thai here, they have picture menu you can point to. Service can be a bit slow but my opinion is their quality and care is above average.
