Good place to rest the feet and relax. Foods are typical of McD but staff here are fast and very efficient is preparing meals and cleaning tables.

Must try Mcdonald truffles pork burger.love it.very good.hope it can be introduce to Mcdonald Singapore!

Big and spacious.their pork burgers are bloddy delicious.and their fries for this particular branch are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Perfectly done. Aroy-mak mak!
Just be careful while there as sometimes the international clientele there can get very rowdy, and may erupt into fights, as we witnessed 1st hand. Normally they will be the usual list of suspects from a few certain Asian Countries, no names here, u kinda know where we are headed with this.

Kiosk to order. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Lots of crowding though due to tour busses. Staff is very kind and sweet. Drinks, fries, double quarter pounder with cheese, cheese sauce, mcflurry. Love!

Worst McDonald’s ever. We have been coming to this outlet for three years and now it has significantly reduced in quality. We ordered chicken crispy dishes and the chicken peices were so tiny compared to previous times and this happened okY Ipek times to us. We complained but no action. Multiple times spicy chicken then say out of stock when we complain and wait 35 minutes. Rather go to kfc next door

Poor customer service and lousy system, especially the lady staff with orange colour uniform which always stand at the Mc cafe counter. I think if there is no BIG C SUPERMARKET at this building, this Mcdonald branch will be no business because of the staff poor service

Place is really clean even though located in very busy area. Sweet and helpful staffs too.

This is a chain fast food restaurant over the world and yet Orange juice is not FRESH AT ALL.

The outdoor terrace is quite nice when not crowded by cheap noisy Chinese mainland people who doesn’t even bother to order something as they take it as free seats
Their iced latte is ok and refreshing…
Wifi didn’t work despite we try several times.

Nothing to tell, Average burgers and delicious super size, spicy, crunchy fried chicken.place always crowded, Value for money, fast and competent English speaking staffs. Ordered using touch screen POS, the staff guided us and helped with the order. Menu is great. Their pineapple & corn pie was hot and crispy. Their corn pie very testy & I loved it. The restaurant was well decorated. The staff were friendly.

Very busy. Closes at 11 but at 10.35 they refused to serve burgers and told they can only serve fried chicken.

Ordered macdonalds from this branch. We got the fried chicken set and corn pie. The fries were so crispy despite having it take out.

I’m from Sri Lanka. I lost my phone in-front of the Big C.when I realized i lost my phone I came after half an hour to the place and asked from everyone.unluckily everyone couldn’t speak English and even they couldn’t understand what I’m asking. I was so helpless. I ran to the McDonald’s and ask anyone can understand English? A lady came forward and said yes… and she helped me to check CCTV cameras in the McDonalds.but couldn’t find the place I was being. I was crying and felt helpless.she adviced her staff to care about the restaurant and came with me.she took me to a place that Big C building’s cameras operating.then asked about my mobile.luckily someone gave my mobile to that place.
I’m here to thank Mcdonald’s staff, because they devoted their time for my matter.there is really kind staff and they are so helpfull!

We cooked for a very long time, violated all fast food standards, waited 31 minutes! They promised to do it in 15 minutes!

Busy place but worse, impatient staff. It's been great going to other McDonald's in Thailand but this one stayed sour on my mind. The staff there is not ready to meet the rush.

Good selection of Thailand only items, friendly English speaking staff and open until midnight, perfect for when you feel peckish after dinner.

Staff are not so welcoming, but great deals, all combinations, perfect balcony, at night it would be amazing to eat and watch all hassle going on around

My husband and i were there eating today.now we are in hospital because he has a food poisoning! No more words needed.
