MAX TATTOO Studio at Khaosan Road , Bangkok , Thailand

My girlfriend and I both got tattoos our last day in Bangkok. Staff was very professional, helpful and clean! Artists took their time and did a great job. Very happy with end result and will definitely be back next time in Thailand for another! Thanks guys!

Great experience at MAX TATTOO. We turned up for our last night in Bangkok knowing we wanted to get tattoos and what style. We popped in during the afternoon to discuss with one of the staff who were really helpful regarding size etc. And then returned later that evening at our request and ended up with really great tattoos despite them being small and intricate. Very clean, very steady-hands and lovely customer service.

Got a small tattoo on a quick trip to bkk.the owner is very responsive.got end min appointment n loved the tattoo work.

I went here for my first tattoo. I asked for a real small tattoo on my ankle. When I saw the stencil I was a bit scared because one part looked like a small dot instead of a small line. When it was finished, it was really perfect! Just got what I wanted. Really pleased with the result of my first tattoo! The staff was also friendly and helpfull with my questions. Would totally recommend!

Had a full sleeve, chest and back done. Took about 26 hours over 3 days. I think they did and awesome job. All the guys there are very friendly and it’s clean. Thanks for an awesome tattoo

Easy going and friendly staff, great work, reasonable price. It was my second time in MAX TATTOO Studio at Khaosan Road, I will definitely come back to finish my sant yant tattoo colection! 100% would recommend

I would not recommend to any friends or family.

I sent them the concept for the tattoo in advance and they said they would have everything ready. When I got there it seemed like they didn't know who I was or never heard the concept at all. So we wasted time starting from scratch to create the rendering. And they still didn't really get it right after waiting a day for it.

Then they almost got the numbering on the tattoo wrong, so make sure to double check their work. Since clearly they don't.

Lastly, the tattoo itself the shading was off the lines weren't straight, and the part of the tattoo that was suppose to be circular was wavy.

I really cannot emphasize enough how bad the shading was. It was so hard to fix by another artist because it was too dark. The later artist mentioned it looked like a kid that drew the circles and did the shading on the tattoo.

Overall didn't look that bad when I was there, but after tattoo finally settled in, the final shade was all off.
