I booked this place while looking for a clean and cheap place as I was traveling alone.
It's a well-maintained hotel and transportation is good.
There is a station 2-3 minutes away on foot.
You have to walk a bit, but there are no inconveniences such as massages and local restaurants within walking distance.
It's a shame there's no breakfast, though.

This was the WORST experience I had in a long time! Do not book here! It’s not worth it. There are so many other hotels in this area that will give you much better value for your money! They are not flexible have bad communication and not friendly.
Especially the manager was very rude. We had booked a twin bed and when we arrived they suddenly said they could only give us a room with two single beds - no discount possible! Not even one bath. She acted like we were asking for something crazy. A small discount would have been the least.
Very disappointing.

The service is best described as efficient but not particularly warm. Staff are helpful in providing directions and arranging transportation. Some guests felt service could be more attentive.

The hotel is in prime location and easily accessible to local trains. Taxis and Tuk Tuk are also available. I would suggest to take trains to avoid getting stuck in traffic. The trains fares are reasonable. Nearby Buddhist temples and Hindu temple (Vishnu and Mari Amman temple) are there. Room prices were quite reasonable and worthy. Pantry items were limited such Tea, Coffee, Milk and sugar sachets. Suggest to keep them more. Housing keeping was too good.

The hotel service is terrible. They had to book us at another hotel without our permission while we were out due to their air conditioning issue. The alternative hotel they booked for us were a lot smaller and already in poor condition. The location is worse and they only have a motorcycle as their service to transfer the two of us while we were holding our bags. When we complained about it and asked for a refund instead, they initially refused and even said that they booked a more expensive hotel. Compared to the room size, amenities, and location, the alternative was definitely worse. They're not even sincere in their apology.

Great hotel, WITHOUT COCKHOACHES! During the 2 weeks of stay, no insects were found. I would especially like to highlight Benelin (administrator from the Philippines) who is very cheerful, responsive, made our stay as comfortable as possible. The main thing is that he knows English at 5) (compared to others) the only negative of the hotel is its location. If you are a tourist who came to see Bangkok, then this is not the best location. This hotel is more suitable for business trips. This is a business center. If you are a tourist, it is better to consider other locations. In general, we were satisfied with the hotel. Water and hot and cold were always with good pressure, the air conditioner worked properly and did not make noise. The neighbors were not particularly heard, there was more noise in the corridor when people left or entered their rooms. But the pillows were not very comfortable, too high, it was not very comfortable to sleep on them. Although beds with good mattresses, white sheets, no stains. Towels are also always white and odorless.

It's a little old hotel and small in size, but it doesn't matter because I booked it at a cheap price. It's nice that there are no noisy tourists. Sound insulation seems good. There are no bugs. Upstairs, there are AIA companies, so there are many cafes.it is delicious. It sells out quickly, so I recommend going early in the morning. I went at 9: 00, but the croissants are already sold out.

The hotel building itself might have its best years in the past, but it’s very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff is lovely and the neighbourhood offers a lot of nice, local places to eat. Amazing value for money, we loved staying there.

Room: good value, good facility enough for short stay, room has stuffy smell even I open the window it couldt help much, a lot of mosquitoes at night
Toilet: clean, renovated, amazingly big for this price
Staff: no Thai staff (im thai) so need to speak in english. Very nice service, easy check in, check out

Brilliant location. Good clean rooms with friendly and helpful staff. Many places to eat near by. Very reasonable price giving good value for your my stay.

A comfortable and budget place in Thailand. This place can be preferred for no frills stay, while at Bangkok. The staff here is very helpful and the rooms are moderate in terms of furnishing. The room size is not very big, but it is appropriate for a comfortable stay. You have airconditioner, refrigerator, cash safe etc in the room. You would get room service for the price you pay. There is no option for dining within the premises, though you can get food from outside and eat in the hotel room.

Stayed here for the past 2 months whilst waiting to move into my Condo, very clean rooms and friendly staff at a reasonable price. Check them out they are a great location Sathon and a 5 minute walk to St Louis BTS station.

Rooms are a bit small for a suite but clean. Well maintained.
