Maple Hotel

We were thankful that this hotel took us when poorly however the hotel was very dirty and not cleaned regularly, our room was dusty, and there was mold on the walls aswell as sticky sides and a cold shower. We soon sorted this as being ill there was no way we could’ve stayed in this room as it would’ve made us even more poorly. After we had got rid of the covid we wanted to use the pool however they had two sunbeds which were broken.

We wanted to love this hotel.
1. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed ive ever tried to sleep on, and im in the army. That should tell you something.
2. The family suite is a cute idea. The bed room is upstairs, the sitting area and bathroom are downstairs. However, the second floor bedroom was 88 degrees. Super hot. Ac did not do anything.
3. The spiral staircase was a death trap, only wide enough for a small child to walk up. As a 6'4 man i thought it was gonna break and kill me

- น่าจะเน้น กรุ๊ปฯ เห็นช่วงเช้าๆ รถบัส จอดเต็ม
- ไม่ห่างจากสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิมากนัก
- ใกล้ๆ มีร้านสะดวกซื้อเปิดให้บริการ 24 ช. ม. (50 เมตร)

I stay many times but this time they are doing renovations and they did not care about guest and started making loud noise in morning at 7 am.
Manager was not available to talk and reception barely understood English

เป็นโรงแรมที่ราคาเหมาะสม โลเคชั่นดี มีเซเว่น ใกล้ตลาดนัดรถไฟ ซีคอน ติดริมถนนบางนา - ตราด ห่างจากสนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ 20-30 นาที ถ้าขึ้นทางด่วนหรือวิ่งกลางคืนก็จะเร็วกว่านั้น

Service is nice.dinner food issue if you are foreigner. Breakfast is good. Although it is away from central bangkok.

Basic room with decent space. You don't get to walk around as no malls within walking distance. Food is average.

Nearby a 711 convenient store, a Japanese restaurant that only opens at 5pm till midnight and 2 local food stores.

Also an Italian mix local thai fusion cuisine just round the corner that is worth hanging out.with open air and sheltered sittings.nice and tastefully decor.live jazzy band.relatively good food.chill beer and wine.most importantly very good service.

Nice hotel! Just 18 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport, 8 minutes to BITEC convention and exhibition center and Bangna BTS station.

I havnt seen maple's sale to have connection with client even i sent many guests to this hotel ; (

Stayed there for 4 nights. Spacious room, good hot water but not with the good views. For moving around grab is the best option. The hotel was not located near Bangkok, take around 40 minutes to 1 hour to Bangkok depends on the traffic. For food, there's restaurant nearby, Italian restaurant with super expensive price. Better go to the near train market. Overall, if for stay alone and not for wandering around Bangkok, this hotel is nice, but if planning to visit around Bangkok better look for other hotel surroundings Bangkok.

หากราคาเทียบกับการบริการให้3.00ครับอยากให้ประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายต้อนรับกับรปภ. บางครั้งลูกค้าไม่รู้ว่าห้องไหนครับ. ลานจอดรถด้านหน้าผมขอจอดแต่จอดไม่ได้. เพราะรถผมเป็นรถ7ที่นั่งมีขอวางด้านบนแล้วมันสูงเกรงว่าน่าจะขึ้นไม่ได้เพราะผมต้องไปจัดอีเว้นท์ในวันถัดไป. รปภ. ให้ไปจอดจุดอัป. ก็เกรงในเรื่องของความไม่ปลอดภัย. ก็ต้องเอาของลงเพราะมันสูง. ก็ไปจอดที่ลานจอดรถ. ตอนจอดรถเอาของลงเจอคนขับรถบัสคนจีนขับมาแล้วไล่. อ้าว. ผมลูกค้านะเนี่ย555ดีนะที่รปภ. เสื้อดำมาช่วยหาห้องแล้วคนนี้บริการดีมาก. ชอบๆให้ติปไป. ห้องผมเสียไป2800นอน3คนผมก็อยากได้การบริการที่ดีกว่านี้ครับ. ส่วนสภาพห้อง. ชอบครับ. เพราะเคยมาพักแล้ว. 2ครั้ง. บริการดีทั้งสอง. ครั้ง. แต่ครั้งนี้ขออนุญาติเสนอแนะตามนี้ครับ.

โรงแรมระดับกลางๆ เดินทางไปไม่ยาก อยู่ถนนเส้นศรีนครินทร์ตัดกับถนนบางนาตราด หากเดินทางมาจากถนนศรีนครินทร์ฝั่งซีคอน วิ่งยาวมาแล้วเบี่ยงซ้ายที่จะเข้าถนนบางนาตราด ก่อนถึงสะพานข้ามถนนบางนาตราด โรงแรมนี้มีบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเป็นจุดดึงดูดใจอย่างนึง

ไม่ค่อยประทับใจfront มีลูกค้าเดินสะดุดล้มในโรงแรมไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ออกมาดูเลย และไม่คิดจะถามลูกค้าเป็นอย่างไรทั่งที่เคาเตอร์มีเจ้าหน้าที่ประมาณ2-3คน

ห้องสัมนาเป็นส่วนตัวดี ที่จอดรถดี แอร์ที่ล๊อบบี้ไม่เย็น เสียงในห้องสัมมนาดังเกินไป อาหารเที่ยงรสชาติดี

Comfortable room with work desk. Gym and swimming pool. Breakfast is the same daily. 7-eleven just two doors away and eateries further down. Very convenient! Half hour drive (if no jam) to Suvarnabhumi airport. Ten minutes drive to Central and Mega Bangna. Perfect for me.
