Magi Holidays Thailand

Went for a family trip to Phuket, pattaya and bangkok organised by Magi tours. It was done very efficiently as per the scheduled itinerary given to us.
Happy with their service, special thanks to our Indian tour coordinator Aparna and driver Mr Same for taking very good care of us and ensuring that we have a very smooth and cherished travel experience.

We recently embarked on a 7-day trip to Phuket, Pattaya, and Bangkok with Magi Holidays Thailand as a family of 10, including 2 infants and a 3-year-old.

Magi Holidays Thailand impressed us with their punctuality and adherence to the itinerary. While we initially had a less-than-ideal experience with one of the drivers, their coordinator promptly addressed our concerns and assigned us an excellent replacement - Mr. Same.

Mr. Same, our driver for the last 3 days of the trip, was nothing short of amazing. He was incredibly helpful, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us throughout our journey.

We greatly appreciate Magi Holidays Thailand for ensuring that our family vacation ran smoothly and for providing exceptional customer service when it mattered most. Special thanks to Aparna (our planner cum coordinator) for her exceptional help and Suwanee (our Bangkok coordinator) for the last minute arrangements as we requested. Kudos to Mr. Same for making those final days truly memorable. We highly recommend their services to fellow travelers.

We - a family of 7 adults and 3 kids - went for a 7 day trip to phuket, Pattaya and Bangkok organised by Magi holidays. We are extremely thankful to our tour coordinators Aparna, Suwanee and Jenny for making wonderful arrangements in consideration with our requirements. Initially we faced some issues with their drivers, but the issue was resolved very quickly as soon as we informed the authorities at Mahi holidays. We would like to specially mention their staff - Mr Same- who drove us around on the last 3 days of our tour. Mr Same was extremely courteous, respectful and helped us a lot.

Magi holidays is extremely efficient. They had given us a detailed itinerary as per our requirements and followed through with the schedule very well.
Overall, we are very happy and satisfied with their service - they delivered what they promised.

Best trip organised by Magi holidays. We were there for 9 days and very good effort was taken by Ms Suwanee for giving us the best of Thailand memories to remember for lifetime. From picking us at the airport to calling us up for the days review and telling us about the next days program etc. Everything was very well taken care of.

We had an exceptional experience with the tour guide Ms. Maya. Everything was very well organised and was on time everytime.

We were a group of 14 persons enjoying our company tour to Bangkok and Magi Holidays arranged airport pick up and drop, Safari World, Pattaya and Coral Island trips so well and meticulously right from good vans, drivers, Indian lunches, all tickets, timely schedules with proper communication. This was our best experience so far over last 10 years visits to Thailand. Full marks to Magi team and hope to plan our next visit soon with them.

Excellent tour coordination by Magi. Our holidays went totally problem free. The drivers were good, the guides and care takers were excellent. The hotels were good. The timing and punctuality was excellent. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a good tour operator.

It was a trip to explore thailand for five days with my parents & wife. I was really surprised how systematically they are managing as a team to make us happy to explore in thailand. I will give 100/100 marks for Magi holidays for meeting my family tour needs. The main qualities I found in Magi holidays is 1. Value for money 2. Punctuality 3.works for happiness of a tourist 4. A keen sense of direction 5. Passion for their city.

I had beenrecently in Thailand, the tour was coordinated by Magi holidays, very nice experience, more over their sincerity and way of coordination was exemplary. Nice work.

This tour company is a joke. I would not recommend anyone use it unless you like disgusting hotels with rude staff and being paired with horrible local tours that treat you like a herd of cows.

They put us up in two hotels - Ecotel in Bangkok and Golden Beach in Pattaya. Overall both lacked in basic cleanliness that is an absolute necessity. They each had a set of other issues too which I have detailed in reviews for those hotels. When we contacted the magi staff about it, they made no changes. They tried to say we should have checked reviews online for both hotels. As you’ll see online reviews and photos are misleading from reality and we relied on Magi to connect us with nice, clean hotels which they did not do. For this key reason alone I would never trust them again. If they can put up a family with kids and elders in hotels like this, they should never be relied upon.

Besides this there were lots of other issues such as unclear itinerary, difficult communication, lack of flexibility and more. For example, they put us on a tour with others to Coral Island when we had specifically said at booking we wanted everything to be private. They should have at bare minimum informed us in advance at time of booking and apologized. We were told nonchalantly by local staff the day before the activity. Another issue is we’ve been asking them to change one activity for us. We’ve spoken to two staff (1 in India and 1 in Thailand) about it many times and still it’s unclear what’s happening after so many conversations.

If you like being treated like a herd of cows on vacation then this is your best tour company option.

One saving grace is that there were some drivers and guides who were great. We especially really liked guide poopay who was our guide for Safari world. He’s the type of person who lights up anyone’s day. We were all smiling the whole time and really enjoyed Safari world more because of him.
