Pasta heaven. Homemade pasta thats made with hybrid machine and traditional kneading, with spinach ravioli and gnocchi as premium options.

All pasta options come up a chunky and juice bacon that balances out well the sauces. Bacon is just thiccc - not that thin cruncy bacon but with layers of meat and fat. Both carbonara and tomato red sauce are tasty and well worth the price, sprinkled with generous amounts of cheese.

Good with friends and groups with indie music. Definitely attracts a younger, international crowd.

Downside is difficult parking which makes this restaurant hard to access. Recommend to go for the River City parking as the Cafe has limited spots in front.

Fettucine bacon arrabiata comes with a THICC bacon u can eat and bring back home to make another 2 breakfasts, jk. Overall, the dish is good, but the pasta could be a bit more al dente.

วันที่ไปได้ลองสั่ง Bacon Pesto เส้นสปาเกตตี้, Bacon Alfredo เส้น fettuchine และ Ceasar Salad โดยรวมเส้นพาสต้าโฮมเมด คือดีงามมากก จนแสงออกปากไปเลย ทั้งเส้น spagetthi กับ fettuchine แต่ว้าวสุดคือ fettuchine แบบเข้าซอส Alfredo พอดีเลย pesto ก็อร่อย ปริมาณเยอะ เบคอนชิ้นใหญ่สมราคาดีเลยค่ะ

ส่วนของหวานที่สั่งเป็น art cake ที่ข้างในเป็นเค้กช็อคโกแลตปาดหน้าด้วยครีมชีสแล้ว paint อีกที ซึ่งอร่อยและไม่เลี่ยนเลย ชอบมากๆเลยค่ะ ไว้มาอุดหนุนอีกนะคะ

พาสต้าเส้นสดที่สัมผัสได้จากลิ้นว่า อ๋อ เส้นสดมันฉ่ำแบบนี้เอง รสชาติเข้มข้นกลางๆไม่เข้มจัดจนเกินไป เผื่อคนอยากเติมเกลือเติมพริกไทยอะไรได้
แต่ที่กรี๊ดคือ. เค้กร้านนี้แบบว้าวซ่ามาก บางเมนูคือหากินที่อื่นไม่มีแน่นอน อ่านชื่อแล้วจะงงๆหน่อย แต่คุ้มที่จะลิ้มลอง เช่น เค้กส้มตำ เค้กส้มดาร์คเบียร์ อร่อยทุกเมนู เหมือนทำเค้กฟีลศิลปิน ประทับใจมาก
แต่อย่าคาดหวังพาสต้ารสคนไทยนะคะ แบบเผ็ดจัด เค็มจัด หวานจัด ไม่ใช่ที่นี่แน่ๆ

An All-Rounder Culinary Haven. This cozy and inviting restaurant creates a heart-warming ambiance, complemented perfectly by their outstanding dishes. They serve, hands down, the best bacon I've ever tasted, and the fresh pasta is an unparalleled gastronomic delight - it's truly priceless!

The quality of the food is top-notch, with prices that are justifiable for such a sublime dining experience. I indulged in their Caesar salad, enhanced by a secret bacon recipe that's a game-changer, and the Seafood Ravioli which was a symphony of flavors.

And pls do me a flavor, try their cake! -over all, it's a culinary journey you won't regret.

Food is just 11/10 really good just about right. We ordered Mushroom Spinach Alfredo (240฿), Bacon spinach Pesto (240฿), Crab Meat Truffles Alfredo (380฿), Cesar Salad (220฿)
But the serviceis just meh. The owner, I guess, looks very bother and so unwilling to provide service like the customer that pay for the food and service are a beggar. Please do upgrade your attitude to the same level as your food.

The place is not fancy looking or that very Instagramable but it's great for a group of friends to casually enjoy the good food and drinks together.
I love bacon and fresh cola.

Ravioli ชิ้นใหญ่ไม่สมดุลกับไส้ ซอสรสชาติอ่อนทานง่าย หอยไม่ยอมอ้าปาก ยอกกี้สัมผัสไม่ต่างจากมันเท่าไหร่ เพสโต้+เห็ดรสชาติดี ไม่ค่อยประทับใจเค้กเพราะครีมหนาเลยทำให้เลี่ยนง่าย

Small homemade pasta restaurant. Cozy vibes. I arrived at the restaurant a bit late, almost everything were out of stock. The pasta tastes average, not so outstanding.

For the record, this is not my first visit to Mad Sugar, and I fully intend to make many more. I love how the owner imaginatively portrays the cuisine on social media and how her mother is very passionate and dedicated to making fresh pasta noodles. All of the dishes have a genuine, homemade flavour and are produced using high-quality ingredients. Every member of staff is warm and welcoming. When compared to other restaurants in Bangkok offering similar menu items, I found the cost to be reasonable. Be careful to call beforehand to ensure you can get a parking spot near the restaurant's entrance. You're in my thoughts, Mad Sugar.
