Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The employee that helped me named Golf really knew his products. It turns out he had only been working there eight days. This tells me the employee training must be very good.

This lush store is huge, compared to other lush stores I have been to. The staff is also very friendly and polite.

My fav Lush store in BKK! Everyone here is so nice, especially (not sure if I’m spelling it right) Bon! He’s the best. If you love Lush, shop at this one!

Always fun to go into a Lush store. Found our conditioner bar but they were out of shampoo bars. Service was mostly good. Maybe they're understaffed? Either way, found and got what me mostly needed. The rest of the mall is awesome to wonder around.

Not much to say but awesomeness! The sale girl was cute, helpful and cheerful. She was dancing to the music all time, which made me feel happy cheery too. Products, well, a whole page will be enough. In short, I was spending much more than what I should but I am very happy about that.

The soap and all toiletries are sold here with very luxurious price. Some has strong fragrance some has mind fragrances. Once i knew the Lush from Australia now it has opened in Thailand. Some product has made from Japan. Staff is very knowledgeable and welcome to give advice to customers with a pleasant mind and quite polite. Good to buy as a gift for yourself or other.

Staff was very knowledgable, friendly and fun to chat with. It was our girls day out for shopping. All three of us went different ways exploring the store. For us, there were so many new an exciting products. We spent over an hour there. Thats ladies of Lush!

หลักๆคือเป็นเหมือนสบู่ แต่เหมือนไม้ใช้สำหรับอ่างอาบน้ำเพื่อให้อ่างอาบน้ำเปลี่ยนเป็นสีต่างๆ ทำให้เกิดความตื่นเต้นเอาอารมณ์ตามสีต่างๆที่เราได้เลือกซื้อไปประมาณนั้นแต่ยังไม่เคยลองใช้จริง ถ้าอยากรู้ว่าเป็นยังไง ลองไปหาดูใน YouTube เอานะครับ

Has what can't be found in Malaysia. However, products are much pricier than other countries' Lush.

Always one of the best smell shop, but sometimes the sales are a but too pushy and something like aromatic products, customers might want to take time to personally smell the differences themselves. Even when specifying "looking for budget friendly options, they still insist on pointing me to the most expensive options.

I was really happy to get face wash that doesn't have bleach in it (really difficult to do in Asia). The natural products have helped my skin a lot. The staff were wonderful and most speak very good English. My only complaint: unlike other Lush's, they don't have samples. So you make a pretty expensive commitment when buying a product you've never used.

Not a type of product I usually use. Too artificial scents and expensive. You could find good local handmade soap with natural ingredients in Thailand.

The price has slowly gone up and up and well iv simply stopped buying Lush products now. It costs far too much for the amount you get and the quailty doesnt match the price. Theres no way i can drop the amount they request on all my beauty proucts anymore. I use to go in every month with friends and now we barely ever visit. All of us saying the same thing.shame they had to get greedy!

A lot of Lush products are created for certain types of skin and hair. Smallest size to biggest size containers. Quite expensive!

Lush is located the 1 first floor at Siam Discovery. It is opposite Victoria Secret.

Staff were very nice. Big outlet, has most of Lush products (though they're sometimes out of certain products) But they're very generous in giving free samples!
