Bad Office service! No recommend to live here if you are foreigner! They will not care your request. I even don’t want to give a star. Just for comment.

外国人别住这个小区了，有啥事都解决的磨磨唧唧的！最后都不了了之！不管是物业还是房东！要不是评论我一星也不想给！！！特别差的居住体验

Family friendly, very well maintained society. All facilities available inside society itself. Laundry, washing machines, grocery and daily needs store, water filters, swimming pool, kids play area, small hotels, exercise area, outdoor exercise setup, etc.

It might be old but the management is top notch for a condominium. The management is very organised and very proactive in dealing with issues.

Old condo with over management, offer only one parking lot, if you have over one vehicle, they charge you extra high price you need to pay 2000thb just for parking! Always decorating, making notice and badly smell. In condo kitchen is small, sewers are often clogged. And need to pay when you use swimming pool and gym! Besides rent, you have to pay a lot of other expenses.

Mostly stupid management and unprofessional staff (there are a very few exceptions though) just be aware this is a very bad idea to rent or buy a place here

Older building, limited parking for motorcycles and the staff are not very flexible. They have a number of ridiculous rules that they enforce and there is zero logic behind most of them. For example, when I moved in I asked them if it is a problem that I have a car and two motorcycles. They said no. When I went to register the car and bikes, they told me I could only register 1 bike, not two. This was counter to what they told me when I signed the lease. So, I waited until they held the tenant/homeowner meeting. I made a formal request with the board of directors since there were vacant spots for motorcycles and asked them to allow me to register a second bike. Every registered vehicles pays a monthly fee so I don’t know why they would turn away revenue, but they declined my request. Then after watching me come and go on my bike for 15 months, they would not let me leave the day I moved out until I showed proof that I owned the motorcycle. Ridiculous, time wasting, red tape which serves no purpose.

A well thought out living condominium, with lot of space for car parking.walking pavements and children play ground. The security is good with modern technology and the room space.facilities are all standard. Overall a "Modern day condominium "

Located in the heart of the city. All amenities available including children's park. The best part of this Condominium is it has a huge green cover (full of lush green trees) running parallel to the building which definitely enhances the oxygen level in a city like Bangkok.

My "Place" of abode (please pardon the pun (and now the alliteration). Lumpini Place is quite a pleasant condo to reside in, but has a few annoying aspects that bring its rating down. One of them is "inflexibility", which I describe as an inability/unwillingness to assess their policies depending on circumstances. The current issue is their doctrine banning washing of a motor cycle, or use of their water and hose in their outside area. Due to current poor health and physical disability I have been unable to ride my bike for 6 months and it has been gathering dust in their undercover (laughable) parking facility. So, no exceptions allowed, I will attempt to clean my bike by carrying at least 10 bucket loads of water from my 19th floor condo and see what happens.stay tuned!

เป็นเจ้าของร่วม คอนโดนี้อยู่ย่านรัชดาพระราม9 ที่เดินทางสะดวกมาก มีรถตู้ของโครงการเอง จุดขึ้นลงทางด่วน ถึงจะสร้างมานานแต่มั่นใจในโครงสร้าง และการจัดสรรดูแล มีการปรับปรุงดูแลส่วนต่างๆอยู่เสมอ

Comfortable place, built quality is superb. Nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and many more to live a luxurious life

Entire condo property is non smoking except for designated areas. Very family friendly place to live. Families and kids are outside playing everyday
