Good environment beside Chaophraya river, close to many attractive place such as Bang Nam Pueng Floating market but not for daily rental or business office just for stay close to heart of Bangkok area

This is my sanctuary and it is the main reason I bought the condo. My room is quiet with the riverside view. The rooms size vary and the prize depends on the size. Having good neighborhood can have big bearing on the living quality. I used to experience cigarettes drop from the room upstairs. The tenant might have moved away, and I am glad he did so.

I love this place, good location, by the river, well organized, helpful staff, huge public area such as; garden, 9th.floor pool and space to relax, very convenience. Unfortunately, there are some careless people in the building like to smoke cigarette at their balcony and do not realize that
the stink cigarette smoke cause terrible disturb to the neighbors.
