LOUIS VUITTON Emporium Store

Deserved one star because overall service from the entrance til product viewing. Just want to get some neckties- got hand over an IPad to browse. After choosing couples of items - took forever to fetch the neckties. Came back 2 out of 3 chosen. So we left.
Staffs have terrible attitudes indeed. It was around 5: 30 PM on Tuesday 24th October 2023.
Other brands have better selection and excellent service.
Not going back forever.

I’m happy with the service rendered by SA Paula. Very friendly. Accommodating too. But if you want more options, do research what you like b4 heading to any LV boutiques. They’ll ask you what are you looking for in particular. Other than that, I’m good.

Everything was done, but the payment took us to wait for over 30 mins. The staff went somewhere else we did not know where she went. It was a very bad experience in my whole life

Khun June is nice… if you must know. Been there a couple of times buying stuff, mostly for the wife. Trust me, it’s the worst place to be with your wife!

When to this LV shop in Emporium yesterday however the sales promoter attitude are the worst that I ever met. High class product but worst class staffs. That’s really sad. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Compared with Siam Paragon branch, staff's English level here is low.recommend going to Siam Paragon, attitude there is much better than Emporium's too.

I would like to mention that i can’t proceed with the tax refund claim as your colleague type in an incorrect passport number on my receipt.

I believe a highly reputable company such as LV could do much better on this issue as it has caused me some confusion and wasted my time at the airport trying to explain to the officers.

It is never about the amount of the refund it is about your incompetent staff. Please educate them on the importance of customer service.

Very good sevice. Queue is not quite long. Staffs are nice. Not so crowded, they spare some space due to Covid-19.

Overall, I am impressed with this shop. Highly recommended.

Worst experience, buy almost 3,000$ bag, dont give me tax invoice, said I don’t ask and can’t give another day, never reply my message after i bought, never go there again, or even look at you like you dont have money to buy, when entering store. Gucci SA always more helpful and friendlier.

Had a rude person yesterday. First i waited more than 30 minutes then the girl who was taking care of me was not smiling, not nice at all and like in a hurry as she did not want to show me the wallets I wanted to see. I think she was thinking that I could not offer. I ended buying but was ready to leave with nothing due to my bad experience. When you spend this amount of money, a minimum is required! Not even water, smile or kindless! I am really disappointed.in the invoice, it says Worrachat P.

Attentive, helpful and discrete staff in the store, never had any issues. I had a very good experience here during my visits.

I tried to get in touch with the SA (Khun Bird/Sakda) via email in one case asking for assistance, but got completely ignored. Bad customer service and not in line with LV-standards.

SA names P' Dang is super nice and friendly. I really like it here since not many ppl visit the shop. So, no need to line up and wait.

Poor service, they sell high end product with attitude, someone need to look into this, LV shouldnt have a 1 star review period!

Good services. Many welcome drinks were offered. Like many chains of Louis Vitton, this is one of expensive shops you can spend quite a lot. Varieties of goods are quite tempting and the only reason we can turn away is the price. If you don't mind spending, go for it because you get what you pay for.
