Louis Collections, Bangkok

I've met Johnny at Louis Collections through a friend. My first visit in BKK was back in 2015 and ever since I do return.
Due to the travel restrictions going to BKK had become impossible so I was very happy that Johnny and Poly were able to come to Luxembourg. It was the perfect occasion to refill the closets. Service was 5* as usual and pricing extremely fair. Looking forward to being able to return to BKK.

This tailor came highly recommended. Purchased 6 suits and over 20 shirts several years ago. First fitting of the suit left me with some concerns, and being a novice at the time, relied on the expertise of the tailor. Tailor tried to convince me that my concerns were unwarranted but this just left me with 6 uncomfortable suits. Quality of the buttons and threading is subpar and quickly broke. When I purchased the suits I was told they warranted the suits sets with a "lifetime refitting" (so long as there was material to resize with. Note this excluded shirts.). This was a material purchasing point as I had concerns about fitment. Returned making a special trip to Bangkok and having arranged in advance to refitting and was told in store that I would have to pay. Reminded the tailor of their warranty, but they insisted I would have to pay. While the tailor assured me that it would not cost much, customer service is based on trust and this left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. Therefore I cannot fully recommend Louis Collections.

I had a suit made many years back. Although now purchased many 'off the shelf' suits, none match the quality of my Louis Collection suit. Top quality!

Louis and his shop gave me a great experience from beginning to end - and a great suit! Very friendly, calm atmosphere, and helpful. Can not recommend enough - and will buy from again my next time in Bangkok!

I warmly recommand this tailor. I made a quick benchmark in 2013 around Nana that led me to order a first suit, I now totalize 5 suits. Great advises from Sony who consecrate his time to get perfect fitting and has a quite impressive aptitude at remembering his clients throught the years.

Good customer service but, the shirts I ordered are disappointing. The collar is so stiff it takes a great deal of bending to get a tie on which leaves a crease. Their are ripples by the neck and even after a second fitting they are too baggy, especially under the armpits. I order non-tailored shirts from London that are less expensive, fit better, and are much better quality material. The Egyptian cotton ones are nice but the ones from the material a step below are itchy and crease like crazy. My off the rack shirts fit, feel, and look better.

I really appreciated the service and product I got from them. This was an awesome experience I highly recommend them.

And exorbitantly charged.
I'm happy with Indian fabrics and tailors.
