Loft 77

Dear Hotel Owners,

I am writing to complain about the service. I have stay at room 420 more than one week likewise, I actually would like to continue the booking again and again as per our car Barra Windsor Srinakarin. Also, our house is quite far from the garage.

Firstly, we found a small centipede in the toilet even more the centipede, stay alive and swimming. We keeping silence, and never make a complain with any staff as well, as never share in any social.

Secondly, every single morning, the housekeeping will knock the door since 1115 1130 1145 while we were sleeping as she want to clean up the room, we totally respond. Please come back again after we woke up about 1 PM, but she continued to knock the door until I have to open the door and speak to her directly then she understood I left from the room.

Thirdly, last night on 23rd January inconvenient with the blanket as we can understand that the duet inner was not matched with duet cover as per duet cover adapt from bed sheet so then we asked to change the blanket with receptionist (afternoon shift or night shift) but absolutely not morning shift. She suddenly offered move a room, I told her it just small things and we have our many stuffs in the room and unnecessary to change or move a room. Also, ask her to come with me to the issue but she turned her back and speak something with another receptionist, this was very rude to me as she didn’t realized I still look at her all the times.

After that she came up with me and said that if you have any issues you can inform me everything this hotel is not tough if you wish to cancel the booking and ask for refund you can do anytime. As I was hotel manager, General Manager I need to ask myself is that the hotel owner intention for running the business for real, in particular hotel business?

Expensive for the price as they charged me 800 bahts while online apps showing around 450 to 550 baht without breakfast.
Room service just bearable.
The receptionist at night was very rude and professional.
They ask for 200 baht deposits without any reason.
Overall a bad experience as rooms does not have any comb or toothpaste etc

The internet is always weak or non-existent when you enter the room, the bed sheets are old and patchy. Staff are not supportive and have an uncooperative attitude. There will be no second time.

Everything is awesome, the nearest MRT station is SiNut. Yellow line which is 1.6km from Loft 77 hotel. From ️take Redline.

บ้าไปแล้วแหละ โรงแรมอื่น ราคาห้อง 1,000-1,200คิดเรท early 200 ที่นี่คิดกะแบบว่าเปิดเพิ่มอีกคืนนึงเลย อย่างอื่นโดยรวมดีนะ แต่ราคาค่าCheck in early แพงมาก! ถ้าใครจะมาขอ check in early ไม่แนะนำนะคะ
โรงแรมอื่นเวลาขอเข้าเช้คอินเร็วเขาไม่คิดเงินด้วยซ้ำ. เข้าใจได้นะ ให้คิดเงินแต่ราคานี้แพงโหดเกินค่ะ

โรงแรมติดถนนห้องสวยแต่แอร์ไม่เย็นปรับปรุงด้วยนะค่ะพนักงานกะกลางคืนหน้าไม่ค่อยรับแขกปรับปรุงด้วยนะค่ะ

Clean room and that's the only good thing about this hotel. Rock hard bed. Super old pillows, and they are now so flat. Horrible experience in sleeping here. AC makes a squeaking noise all night. 2 baby water bottles provided. No kettle provided. No coffee inside the room. And when ask for it at the counter, they want 50 Baht for a cup of instant Nescafe coffee, not even fresh coffee. Even 1-2 stars hotels provide this for their guests for free.
Parking is limited, so you can only bring 1 car per room. Problem is i drove 1 car to stay with my girl who brought her own car. Will never stay here again.

หมอนแบน แฟ๋บบบมาก แฟนไปขอที่หน้าฟร้อนเพิ่ม คิดใบละ 100 บาท ไม่เชื่อเลยโทรไปอีกรอบ ถามว่าแน่ใจใช่มั้ยคิดใบละ 100 บาท ไม่อยากให้แม้แต่ 1 ดาว

น้ำดื่มนั้นขวดเล็ก 330 ml 2 ขวด นึกว่าให้เด็กคนเดียวยังไม่พอดื่ม

ใครเห็นคอมเม้นนี้ ไปพักที่อื่นที่เซอร์วิซมายดีๆ มีเยอะครับ ไม่ได้โจมตีนะครับ ถ้าผู้บริหารเข้าใจควรปรับปรุงแก้ไข ยอมรับให้ได้ก่อนว่าหมอนแบนมาก นึกว่าปลาหมึกบด จบบบบ

ได้ห้องพักที่แอร์ตั้งไว้ที่ 16 องศาเซลเซียล แต่ไม่มีความเย็นเลยสักนิด ต้องทนนอนร้อน เหงื่อเปียกชุ่ม ที่จอดรถก็มีไม่เพียงพอกับผู้เข้าพัก

ทำเลดี เห็นแชร์มาห้องดี จะไปพักพอไปเป็นโรงแรมคล้ายตึกแถว มีที่จอดรถหน้าโรงแรมได้แค่3คัน และเต็ม ต้องหาจอดริมถนนเอง ถนนวุ่นวายมาก. เลยไม่ได้พัก

It's a budget hotel so expectations are accordingly before arriving and there are no pleasent surprises. You get big room with firm bed, small tv, AC not strong but working. Wifi is good. Rooms are clean.

ที่พักเงียบดีสะอาดติดเรื่องเดียวพนักงานทำความสะอาดเคาะประตูรบกวนกวรการพักผ่อนของเรามากๆ อันที่จริงควรจะดูห้องที่ลูกค้าแขวนป้ายให้ทำความสะอาดไม่ใช่มาเคาะประตูไล่แขกแบบนี้ไม่ใช่ครั้งเดียวแต่หลายครั้งมากแย่สุดๆ
