4I just want to take a moment to review this incredible place. Flew in for the day and decided to do a session with JR. Not only was he able to work on technique with me but he is such an amazing guy. When I look for a coach I look for somebody who is not only good at teaching at boxing but someone who can really work individually. Put it this way, I loved working with him that much that I am actively looking to come back to Bangkok just to train with him. Oh and side note the place is great as well.
Jay R is very knowledgeable and gets his message across to the fighter very well. Himself and his wife Jean have 2 great locations in Bangkok. Building an empire
One of the Best boxing gym I’ve been to. Coaches are amazing. Learn a lot about boxing techniques and fitness. Would definitely recommend for all levels
The team at the gym were excellent. Bryson provided my daughter with a series of private training classes over a couple of weeks. The gym is well organized and equipped, pretty easy to get to and can work with a wide range of skills. Highly recommended!
