Hey, my dear friends,
it’s inevitable to write a honest review.
First of all, I am really sorry that I recommended ‘lion bike’ to you before I haven’t experienced their service. Please go through the reviews below carefully.

We bought 2 electric bikes (both are the model.) and one 3 wheel electric tuktuk on 20th August 2022. They seemed to work ok in the beginning. The seller told us that one could ride our bikes for 45 kilometers with fully recharged batteries. However, they both didn’t go for 45 kilometers even in the beginning just up to 20 kilometers. And then after 2 months they became extremely slow and weak. And it was
impossible to use them for riding 6 kilometers with full batteries.
And I contacted the shop to get them repaired. But it was so tough to reach them and whenever I called, they said they would call me in few minutes and never called me back. I had the strong impression that they wanted to avoid me. Finally, they took our bikes and they said that there was no problem in the batteries, the tunnels were a bit loose so that they tightened them. So I fully trusted them but there was no change or even worse. I asked them if they tested them, they said no. And the owner said the rechargers might be the problem and they sent new rechargers. I wasn’t convinced at all but I used them but again no change. I want them to repair our bikes properly and pay us back 1000 bahts which I paid for repairing bikes. Because it was in vain after all. And I want them to remind them of the fact that batteries are warranted within 6 months.

When you visit this shop, please avoid to buy this model below. Because it cannot be coincidental that 2 bikes of the same model have the same problems.

We used to use Lulae V8 before and we bought it from Lazada. It had no problems with batteries for 2 years. But this time we chose ‘lion bike’ thinking that we could reach the service center easily. It’s about 1000 bahts cheaper than at lion bike but you need to assemble it on your own.

I am sad that the shop owner doesn’t want to admit what the true problems are in their products. I even offered them for their business to come to see how it is. I truly believe that they should stop selling this model.

I am sure if they improve their service and provide products with better quality, they would succeed in their business because these days many people need electric bikes like us when they go shopping or bring their children to school. And there are not so many shops where one can buy those directly.

บริการไม่โอเค พูดจาไม่น่าฟัง พูดจาแย่ และเหมือนกับจะรับการคอมเพลนไม่ได้ด้วย ดูเหมือนไม่อยากให้บริการ ถ้าไม่อยากให้บริการไม่ควรทำเกี่ยวกับบริการครับ

ร้านให้ลองขี่ได้หลายรุ่น ลองได้ตามใจ สองล้อ สามล้อ เราลองสองสามรอบก็ไม่บ่น พนักงานสาวๆ ถามไปตอบได้ ไม่หน้างอไม่ทำสีหน้าตอนถามเยอะๆ น่ารักดีค่ะ ตอนขอลองขี่ให้ลองเต็มที่ไม่หน้างอเหมือนบางร้าน

หัก 1 ดาว เพราะรูดบัตรมีชาร์ท ไม่รับโอน จะให้ไปกดเงินสด ไม่สะดวกจ้าา สมัยนี้สังคมไทยไร้เงินสดแล้วนะคร้า เฮียเจ้าของร้านเหมือนไม่ง้อลูกค้า ถามอะไรไปตอบแบบขอไปที อาจจะมองเรารายย่อย ไม่ได้ซื้อทีหลายๆ คัน

การบริการไม่ดี​ สอบถามแล้วพอมาถึงก็บอกอีกอย่าง​ ถ้ามาซื้อผ่อนกับบัตรที่ร้าน​ ร้านจะบวกเพิ่มอีก10% พอถามบอกให้ไปดูผ่อนกับช็อปปี้​ เหมือนกับไม่อยากขายครับ

เป็นบริษัทรถไฟฟ้าที่ตั้งอยู่ในเวิ้งตรงข้ามกรมมนุษ์ยอะไรสักอย่าง จำหน่ายรถไฟฟ้า จักรยานไฟฟ้า เมื่อวานไปซื้อ คันนี้มา8400ถ้วน ลดจาก10000นิดๆ รถมีตำหนินิด (สีลอกถลอก) หน่อยอาจจะเกิดจากการขนส่ง มีรถให้เลือกหลายแบบตั้งแต่ราคา7000ต้นๆจนถึง20000กว่า หรืออาจจะมากกว่านั้น การสั่งซื้อมีหลายช่องทางทั้งในเฟส ในไลน์ แล้วก็ช๊อปปี้ หรือจะมาถึง โกดังที่มหานาคเลยก็ได้ ถามพนง. ได้ ให้คำตอบดีแต่ร้านจะวุ่นๆเล็กน้อยโดยรวมโอเค

บริการซ่อมบำรุงถึงบ้านไม่มีผมไม่คิดว่าร้านใหญ่ๆแบบนี้จะไม่มีบริการแบบนั้น ผมพลาดเอง น่าให้ความสำคัญ เรื่องบริการถึงบ้านให้มากกว่านี้ เรื่องราคาผมไม่ได้เอามาคิดเลย คิดว่า ร้านแถวย่านป้อมปราบ ดง เรื่องรถจักรยาน
ไม่เกิดเหตุก็ไม่รู้มีร้านบริการชนิด1เดือนแรก 5เดือน 12 เดือน บริการให้ด้วย

พนักงานและเจ้าของร้านให้คำแนะนำและบริการดีมากๆๆ แบบไม่อึดอัดเลย เลือกได้แบบสบายใจ พาหัดขับ พาสอนขับแบบไม่หวงและไม่สนใจว่าจะซื้อไม่ซื้อจริงๆ ให้ลองขับหมด อยากลองดูคันไหนคือบอกเลย แนะนำดีมาก ไม่หยิ่งไม่เหวี่ยง พนักงานคอยพาไปสอนขับวนไปวนมาหลายรอบมากๆ ให้ขอมูลดีมาก สุดท้ายตัดสินใจซื้อไม่ลังเลเลย ให้ไปส่ง ปณ ไปบ้าน ต่างจังหวัด แพคดีมาก ของไม่เสียหายเลย
