Life Asok - Rama 9

Don‘t recommend it to live there for more than one month or so. The community spaces are extremely limited per condo and mostly more appearance than substance.

Hello, I have been living here for a year now and have experienced the change in the condo. Here is my input:

Pros:
- Beautiful building and great location to go easily around
- Since a month now we have a bigger 7eleven downstairs (Finally)
- Laundry service, Delivery food area, package service delivery
- 3 swimming pools, 1 steam

Cons:
- Good location but be aware of the traffic jam, by bike is more easy to go around
- Unfriendly security guards, unfriendly workers in the juristic office
- A lot of Chinese now, can be very noisy and unfriendly to foreigners
- Bad materials use in rooms and bathrooms It’s a nightmare if you are a very clean person
- Gym is small and can be crowded very fast and per usual some machine doesn’t work
- A lot of people in the condo, no privacy at all
- Facescan everywhere complicated if someone is visiting
- Yes some people do airbnb
- Make sure to put your room number on your parcel even if there is your name without the room number you will not have your parcel
- the Home theater is a joke

I was thinking about staying or not but this recap answer my question. I have more bad things to say about this condo than good things 555

Now, it’s your choice depending of what you are looking for but if you want to stay or rent here I will advice for life asoke hype.

I was lived here about 1 yr.you can know why neighbors are important.everyday you can easily found out about rude, noisy and nonsense behaviors from chinese people.and low quality of interior (depends on owner), bad location with traffic jam, poor maintenence (swimming pool is ok) and etc.

The good:

The views from the top are very nice, gyms and lobbies are nice too.

The bad:

Scandalous bad building structural problems

Bad management company who doesn't care and only sends poor innocent staffs to threaten tenants with fines for any possible thing on common spaces.

You're living in a hotel basically, short stays tourists constantly at pool and Co living areas, just go on Airbnb and see how many listings.

Airbnb, escorts and trans spending hours taking nearly pornographic content for their business at the pools (maybe some people like it)

Same landlords are already throwing lawsuits at AP or the management co, the latest is the jacuzzi on the pool with constant water flow + engine sounds annoying many units on the top floors. Managements been addressed by multiple landlords. They don't care. For the price they charge it's outrageous!

Bathrooms of all units are build with poor materials, and no socket whatsoever within meters so forget about blow dry, shavers and so on.

Monthly power outage, it's been happening all year. Get ready to random 12 or more hours no power for the building. In bkk.

Car park fees outragious for visitors and really no interest to make it friendly to tenants who receive visits, compared to other condos in bkk where you can always get thru, this is very bad.

No condo reliable WiFi at lobbies or co working spaces, but that's a minor

Pools
there are around 2200 units all full with let's say 3k or more people here on any given day: 2 pools with long chairs and spaces: 4 each. Meaning.good look finding a place to sit and relax at the pool, who's the genius who did the maths here?

The common area, pool is awesome but the gym aircon is way too cold to even move in there let alone running on the treadmill under the aircon is so bad for the lungs. Steam room never works.

Was a very nice condo until they ruined it 1 months ago with absolutely horrendous rules, making half of amenities unaccessible. Stuff in juristic office is unbelievably non-helpful and stuff has no clue what they are doing. Beware, millions of rules with fines for all kinds of little actions with no logic behind them (seriously, 5000 baht fine for snacks in theatre room?). Weird condo built for mindless NPCs.

Stay away from this condo! They create new rules every month (new access rules, can't take shoes off in the gym, new parking rules). They also got a facescan instead of keycards now

ทำงานบริการ ควรอบรมนิสัยด้วย รปภ. ป้อมหน้าทางเข้า มนุษย์ป้าของแท้

Good location. In-between asok and new CBD. But no short stay etc.so beware. Also I like the added security initiative for face recognition.

Good condo. 3 swimming pools, gym, workout area, coworking space! Really nice lobby. Fair price for such a cozy apartment

Great condo but very bad service especially to foreigners, they don’t take tenants complaints seriously, they cut off electricity by accident and made me wait for a whole day, when I was asking for help in office, one of the worker from office laughed, very disrespectful and very very bad customer service.

Best in class of condo in the Area completed in 2020.

Fantastic Common Areas. Many places to work with power outlets. Many places to socialize with sofas around.

Rooftop garden/ pool are fantastic. The view is amazing.

A heaven to stay at. The pool on the 42nd floor is an experience with a complete different vibe. They have an infinite pool as well.

ภาพรวมก็ถือว่าดีค่ะ แต่ว่าตัวคอนโดติดถนนไปนิดหน่อยช่วงกลางคืนอาจจะมีเสียงรถดังหากเปิดประตูจะได้ยินเสียงรถดัง แต่บรรยากาศภายในคอนโดโอเคเลยค่ะ ต่างชาติเยอะ ชาวจีนเยอะ

ส่วนกลางสวยมาก หรูหรา จุดถ่ายรูปเยอะมาก เหมือนอยู่โรงแรมห้าดาว ชาวต่างชาติเยอะ บรรยากาศดี เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ mrt rama9 เดินไปนิดหน่อยก็เป็นเซ็นทรัลและฟอจูนแล้ว เดินเล่นหาของกินที่ตลาดจ๊อดแฟร์สะดวกสบายดี ยูนิตเยอะก็จริงแต่คนไม่พลุกพล่าน เงียบสงบดีค่ะ เราอยู่ตึก B ไม่ติดถนน ได้วิวดี วิวสวน ลิฟท์ขึ้นลงไว ที่จอดรถว่างเยอะ ไม่ต้องแย่งกะใคร รปภ. ดี สุภาพน่ารัก คิดไม่ผิดที่ซื้อ ชอบมาก แต่นิติบางกะเวลาควรปรับปรุงนะคะ ได้ยินนินทาลูกบ้าน ไม่น่ารักเลย แต่บางกะก็เจอนิติน่ารักค่ะ
