Spontaneously decided to get a massage, no reservation. Showed up at the front desk around 11 PM the night before, booked a 90-minute hot stone massage for the next day. The therapist's hands were amazing, constantly checking if the stone temperature was just right. After the session, they treated me to complimentary mango sticky rice. Overall, super relaxing experience – totally worth it! Plus, it's conveniently close to Thong Lor BTS station!

I really like the atmosphere here, the lady is very good at cooking, and the mango sticky rice is equally delicious! I really love it~ You can make an appointment with the store through LINE now, and it will be more cost-effective to order from KKDAY!

AVOID this branch- go to the onsen one nearby instead, which is far better.

Turned up 20 minutes early to check in and was forgotten about. Fifteen minutes after it was supposed to start, I had to remind them but there was no apology. You’re dealing with fewer customers than at the onsen one, so why the incompetence?

Fortunately the massage was pretty good.

Splurged a bit for a four hands Thai massage. It literally means what the name suggests it is, 2 masseuses. I went a few steps towards the Phaya thai mrt station from where I was at factory coffee to Let’s relax spa Phaya thai outlet. They didn’t have an open slot til 5pm so I opted to book an appointment at their Ginza Thong lo outlet which was conveniently placed to other areas of interests that I wanted to visit. The massage itself was so good, although for some people who likes it with more pressure I think you they will need to ask for it explicitly. I was also surprised that they serve mango sticky rice after the massage which was great because I was starving by then. The place was clean, posh and I will definitely come back to try out other treatments next time!

This is the worst experience I have with this chain. I have made a reservation a week before my visit and have requested for Heavenly Massage. It is anything but. There was a group of 20 Chinese tourists who came in with a guide and I guess priority was given to them despite the fact that we have made prior reservations. As a result, my wife was given a thai massage first while I was asked to do a foot massage. In the end, I was made to wait alone in another room for another 30 mins before I can have thai massage. Absolutely not acceptable at all. Clearly it is badly organised.

Walked in and was told to wait 25 minutes for next available therapist. 45 minutes passed with no one coming out. Checked in to see what was going on and the reception looked like they “forgot” about me then told me no one was available right now. Walked out with no service and wasted time.

Is still ‘Let’s Relax’? The brand has been expanding so fast over the last 10 years but the quality is deteriorating year by year. I really miss the quality they provided when it’s still small & situated in a relatively remote but pretty house at Sukhumvit 39.

I tried this new store at Ginza as I stayed in Hotel Nikko this time. The 2 hour Golfers' Heaven was the worst experience I had so far. The therapist was in rush for the whole course and did not test the temperature of stones before putting them on your body. Most unacceptable part was that the therapist was not staying and waiting outside the room for you to change back the clothes after the treatment but staying in the room to tidy up the bed and let you change your clothes at the corner.

I think I have to remove the store from one of my favorite massage shops in Bangkok.
