Let’s Relax Onsen and Spa

We went here twice during a 5 day trip, that's how good Let's Relax is. Located on the 5th floor of Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55, Let's Relax really feels like an oasis. It's done up with wood and is bright and relaxing.

We went for the Thai Massage, the Aromatherapy massage, as well as the onsen and we strongly recommend all three. The onsen especially transported us right back to Japan and there's a very helpful guide on suggested sequence and timings. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and especially the manager who made us feel so thoroughly welcome. The Mango sticky rice and tea at the end of the service is the cherry on top.

On the pricey side but you pay for the luxe experience. Massage was ok, as other branches of Let’s relax in Phuket do a better job, but the onsen was amazing. I recommend the onsen experience

A very high-end essential oil massage. There is a bath room where you have to take a shower first. The massage is really relaxing. There are snacks after the massage. It is really great. I hope I have the opportunity to go again!

There aren’t many people there on weekdays, so it’s best to buy coupons on klook before going to get a better deal.

Great baths. 2 things could be better.

1) Relaxing room is just mats on the floor, while other insensitive have sofas. (This is a big deal for me)
2) restaurant was out of many items.

Da*m it. I love this place. Nothing bad to say at all. It is just so perfect for spa in Thailand. Not like other massage place in Thailand will ask for the tips. But of course you will be happy to tip them for their good job.

It is expensive compared to street massage shops, but it is incomparable with clean and professional service

I purchased the Onsen + Thai Massage 2 hour package. The onsen is clean and has a variety of baths, and there are two types of saunas: wet and dry.
I was also very satisfied with the Thai massage.
At the end of the day, he noticed that my shoulders were tense and did everything he could to relieve them, even going over time.
The free roll snacks are really delicious, but it's a shame that I couldn't buy them because I was late for my appointment after dipping them in the soup.

The place is cozy, beautiful, zen. But it was quite busy. The atmosphere is not there. Not sure how clean is the water. Good options of pools I would say. The service is ok. I prefer the other Onsen.

Worth a visit, the massage after the bath is the most refreshing, you can stay for a day, eat and drink, and relax

Absolutely AMAZING onsen and spa! I come here frequently and every time I have the best time and relax like I’m in heaven! Whenever my friends come to Bangkok from different countries I always take them here.

Onsen: it’s very big and there are usually not many people! Therefore it feels private and very peaceful! They have 4 different kinds of pools, jacuzzi, 2 saunas. My favorite it micro bubble pool and jacuzzi! The jacuzzi makes me float and fully relax! It’s an absolute dream!

Spa: their masseuses are amazing! They know what they’re doing. I especially like Ms Napalai! She makes me fall asleep because her massage is so relaxing

The atmosphere: I like their calm ambience and music. Also I really like their complementary mango sticky rice and tea, it’s a cherry on top!

The staff: everyone is so polite, always smiling and look happy, it adds to the calm atmosphere here. The reception staff are so helpful, whoever works on their LINE answers and signs you up very quick. Everybody inside the onsen is also very nice and accommodating.

I really like it but the mandatory full nudity surprised me and I was ravenously hungry but the "cafe" had very little to eat. I enjoyed the cold room a lot!

Best massage we’ve had in Bangkok so far. It’s more expensive compared to the usual services you can find at other shops, but if you’re looking to relax, treat yourself, and be reassured your masseuse knows what she’s doing, give Let’s Relax a try. Service staff at the counter are friendly and helpful too.

Strongly recommend to come and enjoy the onsen and massage. Glad to be friend with owner’s sister and she offers me some special deals to purchase.

Friendly environment for any first time Ibsen users. The facility is clean and comfortable.

I love this place for onsen. The atmosphere is amazing and there’s a lot of facilities. A must go for me at least once a month.

Spa with Onsen facilities. Highly recommended for those who like Japanese style onsen. There is a selection of 5 different pools (4 hot and 1 cold), a steam room and sauna for the male side. For the shared mix rooms, there is a hot stone room, cooling down room and relaxing room.
For those who choose to take the onsen & massage package, I would recommend that you come in at least 1 hour (I personally feel 2 hours might be better) early to enjoy the onsen first.
Took the 120 mins thai massage. Massage was good but felt slightly long. Perhaps 90 mins is the sweet spot for me? After the massage, we were served with mango sticky rice. I went for another soak after the massage (note: you can't go for another dip if you choose the oil type massages.)

The best onsen I've ever been in Bangkok. I love the hot stone room and relaxing room. I can stay all day there. Though that parking is only free for six hours.
