9This is massage joint. Staff were great, start with washing your foot and than great thai massage, finish with tea and cookies.
Poor skills. Period. The only merit is that it’s next to the station. I strongly recommend you to bamboo spa instead. Same value of money, top tier quality.
Excellent. Stylish, luxury decor, with calming music and lighting. This is several leagues above your standard massage parlor in all regards. We had the dream package, foot, hand and back massage, one of the best I have had. Lovely, kind and professional therapists. My therapist was called Jurapat, highly recommended.
It was encouraging to walk in to the reception area and see that it was clean and welcoming. Polite greetings all around and a quick check in. Prices are higher than average but I don't mind paying a premium for a good massage and clean sheets and towels which they had.
The massage was terrible. My wife had the same 2 hour Thai massage and agreed it was the worst she had ever experienced.
The session started 15 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early. The masseurs were all elbows and knees in the wrong places with inconsistent pressure. We have Thai massages frequently in Thailand and back home in Malaysia so we have a certain expectation of what it should be like.
These ladies were clearly poorly trained or just couldn't be bothered. It would be bad at half the price but at the premium they charge it is shameful.
Amazing back and shoulder massage, meant to be 30 mins but got at least 45! Will definitely come back. Must visit if you have an hour to kill before a flight.
We use our complementary card gift from our credit card. And what we've got is the worst Thai massage experience ever which is way far behind standard of Let's relax. We didn't ask for free massage but we use our complementary which we have to paid for. We think it's the problem of this branch not the whole Let's relax.
It doesn’t even worth one star. Delay and bad service attitude. So noisy lobby for waiting too. I don’t recommend and won’t even come again
