9 1. My therapists fingers had no strength (and I think she was injured). And I felt bad that I had to constantly ask her to increase the pressure whenever it came to any part of the massage that needed the use of her fingers.
2.the therapist in the next cubicle kept talking away despite signs everywhere that we should be quiet, and despite the customer trying her best not to engage the therapist. I had to request to change cubicles because the noise was just too much.

I think my masseuse tried to kill me, The massage was very itchy and painful, thankfully I survived
Extremely poor. Therapist not trained at all. For one and half hours she just kept rubbing my legs and hands, equal to applying moisturizer yourself. For the price they charge, every single time they are a disappointment. Last time I visited with my old mother, they sent her off to the toilet to change into pajamas. Such a big center and not a room to change? Clearly, they don't care about customer experience and are only worried about making money. I would suggest any road side place is better.
Well decor, but the price is incomparable with the massage skill. 1 hour of foot massage cost THB 600. Pricy! Not worth it!
The worst SPA that i have in Bangkok; specially booked 3 hours traditional Thai massage, she gets it done within 2.5 hours and argue it's 3 hrs. Explain more than 10 times (5mins+) using body language &/or fingers but still, the staff Can't even do a simple math for 7: 15pm +3hrs to 10: 15pm.very disappointed as I'm now sooooo tired with a massage totally not at the ecpected slow motion/rhythm! Got refund but TOTALLY PISSED OFF!
You'll get quality massage for body and soul from this Let's Relax branch.
Environment, ambience, service, massage skills and the mango stickyrice dessert you get after massage, etc. Everything is perfect.
Price is expensive (1000 baht/ 2 hour Thai massage) comparing to for Health Land close-by (550 baht / 2 hour) but it's still worth it.
I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Get the Dream Package for an affordable pampering experience.
