Worst massage experience ever… 1/10 techniques and environment. I have had much better experience in other Let’s relax shop. Extremely bad.

It was the first time I took my mother to experience Thai massage.
But from the moment we walked in to the time we left, we could feel that the counter was not so friendly, the masseurs had an unprofessional attitude, and they were in a hurry to complete the course. The price of the course we chose was not the cheapest.
When choosing the fragrance at the counter, it was placed on the table for us to take and smell it ourselves. It was a bit perfunctory. Compared with other well-known massage chains, the service quality is much worse.
After the course, I also discovered that my mother had a large bruise on the back of her knee. Although it was our problem that we didn’t react when the pain was felt, we were still quite surprised by their technique.

One of the worst spa around this area with no staff to even provide appointments for the travelers staying in the same hotel.for anyone who are planning to stay in this hotel, please be sure to not rely on this spa service and they have no preference for people staying there.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY here. The masseuse here are simply amateur and literally paying someone to just touch you instead of giving you a good massage considering the price. Please go to Carlton outlet as they are the good ones. The management should really do something about it. Terrible service for aromatherapy & reflexology.

The stars are for the mango and sticky rice.
The lady who helped me with the aroma oil massage was literally just touching me… very disappointed

Terrible and unclean experience. I was a hotel guest who booked a slot 2 days in advance. On the booking time itself I was told that I was half hour late (I wasn’t, my partner confirmed that I had told them the correct timing when we came to the spa 2 days ago to book).

I paid 1800 baht for a 90min aromatherapy session. Not cheap at all, but I had good experiences in other Let’s Relax branches. The therapist was obviously rushing when she pointed to a pair of disposable undies for me to change into and to get onto the bed. I had just come from outdoors, wearing flip flops around dusty and polluted Bangkok, but was in such a rush that I did not have time to process what happened.

It was only when the therapist touched the soles of my unwashed feet then proceeded to touch the rest of my body did I suddenly sit up and asked her if I could wash first. She either pretended not to understand or did not care, and didn’t stop. I firmly asked her to stop, called the receptionist, insisted to take a shower and asked for the therapist to be changed.

The new therapist gave me the most lousy and unrelaxing aromatherapy message you could imagine. Not only was the experience ruined by the poor and unhygienic service, but even the massage itself was lacklustre and ineffective.

Abysmal service, unsanitary practices and all round horrid experience at this branch. Expensive as well. They obviously do not care one bit about the customer experience and safety. To be avoided at all cost.

Amazing back and shoulders Thai massage. If you go to MBK, you should go. Not expensive, and it's really worth it.

I think that they are too busy and because of that the receptionist is not really patient.

Stayed in the same hotel so decided to book ourselves a massage session on our last day in Bangkok. Julia, the receptionist was amazing.

The massage here is considered expensive, at least 2x the price elsewhere. But in return you’re paying for the spa ambience, good service and the splendid view at level 30 of this hotel. The therapist will bring a clear box to store your shoes.

Do buy from Klook as it is slightly cheaper than booking through their website (I made this mistake).

You will not be served mango sticky rice if you only get the foot massage. I had a 60 mins oil massage while my partner had the foot massage. The massage was ok, can’t say it’s the best as I’ve definitely gotten better ones elsewhere.

The mango sticky rice was ok, I’m not sure what’s the rave about in all the reviews as mango sticky rice is quite a common commodity in Thailand and there are nicer ones out there for sure.

Less 1 Star as I felt my therapist was a bit lacklustre in response. When my massage completed, she just started changing the sheets. I was left wondering if I should put on my clothes or wait for her to be done.

Horrible experiences before going there; called a day ahead for RSVP at 6pm, spa called at 5: 30pm said the therapist cannot make it……. Way to ruin people’s plans and holidays; not recommended

- My wife and I booked online for 165 mins full body massage and my experience is quite disappointed given the price is not cheap in Bangkok.
- I expected more but unfortunately the lady massage for me seem amateur and the 1st part full body massage quality is not worth the money.
- However, 2nd part 30 mins leg massage is much better when they changed another lady for me.
-My wife experience is absolutely good and she is satisfied.
In short, it really depends on who served you.

Nice staffs and great service.
The place is clean, quite and simple! I had foot reflexology which’s good. And I had hot stone massage on the other day which’s just average. The drinks and the mango sticky rice are spot on after all.
4 stars for the couple room!

My first visit was a year ago, liked it, so this Monday when I landed bangkok again I booked for a two-hour classic Thai massage. I really enjoy the environment and friendly staff.

The massage started nicely, I nearly fall asleep half way, but i noticed later the massage lady always got a bit lazy on one half of my body, and when it comes to my back, the pressure was so inconsistent and some was so hard that i was bruised (my back ache for the next two days). It was a bit of disappointment at the end for their high price tag.
