7Had an amazing hour long Thai massage here, with very friendly and professional service, even though the place looked quite busy. Did not have to wait long, and I was able to get the right amount of pressure when I asked for it. All in all a delightful experience
There is an exclusive path for the tourists live on Terminal21, the service is okay, but the set requires customers to shift to different sections for foot and shoulder. The price is acceptable.
Terrible experience!
Had 45 foot massage, and my first staff was careless and really inexperienced. When she washed my foot, she turned the water to super HOT! It burnt my foot. She did not know how to massage! Simply scrubbing my feet. I had to STOP her and change another staff. She is better, but the treatment was not strong enough as my liking.
Not an enjoyable experience. Don't recommend Let's Relax. It's NOT relaxing AT ALL!
Had been in Bangkok and do massage thousand times, never got such bad exp before until I went to" let's relax". No welcome drink, not enough staff to serve customer, not professional massage, don't go there if you want to "relax"
Poorly managed. I made a booking at 9 pm and arrived here 8: 50 pm. I am now still treating like a ball kicking back and forth in a sitting room. Now is 9: 43 Pm and still have not sign of for having my massage.
Let's relax is one of my favourite massage destination. Good ambience and hygiene makes it attractive. Massage quality n rates are also good.
Booked 90 minutes oil massage with my wife. Had to wait and ask for welcome drink from the super busy staff. Then we got led to a spacious private room right at the very end of hallway. Treatment itself was adjustable to the price. Finish of with the signature mango rice. Overall a nice experience although I do miss this place when they were not so crowded 6 Year’s ago.
