The service staff are really five-star. Apart from smiling, they can also speak Chinese, so communication is very easy. The room is very clean, the bath towels, towels, and bathroom are quite tidy, and there is a big refrigerator, which is really good for ice wine! When the time for selling wine is up, please buy the wine and freeze it!

Easy to book car to everywhere, especially central world, siam paragon.
7-11 just located beside.
Staff service very nice, got free a cup of lemon tea when check in.
Very lot massage around the hotel.
Can find street food easily here just by walking.

The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful, communication was not a problem. The room we stayed was pretty clean as well.

Cheap hotel and is quite clean, friendly staff, best location. U have 7-11 next door, a lot of massage shop, cafe, restaurant and market nearby. The famous wantan mee/pork rice also nearby.

Simple Hotel with small but convenient room. We stayed at room 207 for 2 nights and we slept well. Very minimal amenities but very clean room, toilet and bathroom. Affordable prices.

Excellent service, very affordable and great hospitality provided by the staff. Good location for food and shopping. Rooms were clean and well-maintained (shower head and room lighting can be improved though). Would surely stay here again when I'm back!

Great value hotel in central Bangkok. Rooms are a good size, bedding is comfortable and bathroom is sizeable too. Don’t know why others would suggest otherwise, but perhaps they haven’t been to Japan? Not all hotel rooms need to be 35sq!
I’ve stayed here several times over many visits to Bangkok, I feel it is time to review this hotel and let people know what it’s like over multiple stays. I love the location, excellent staff and clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet hotel. It’s close to the airport train, easy walk to Central World, Gaysorn and other shopping plazas. It’s also close to some markets for clothing etc.
One of the best things about Lemontea is the customer experience, the staff are brilliant. As good as any premium hotel I’ve stayed at.
Like I said, great value for money, keep that in mind and all should be good.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The facilities are not perfect. Compared with ordinary hotels in China, it is not worth the price

Excellent service, opening doors for us and helping us move out luggages is just the tip of the iceberg. The beds and pillows were great for sleeping, the showers and sink were hygenic and the hotel was overall a geographically good location for travellers and foreigners.

Nice location, located between 7-11 and family mart. Walking distance to pratunam market & platinum fashion mall, easy to get tuktuk & taxi everywhere.

Staffs are super friendly & super helpful. I really enjoy my 7 days 6 nights stay in the hotel.

My son and I stayed here as part of Thailand's Test and Go and the whole experience was efficient and trouble free. The staff were absolutely first class with us and always willing to go the extra mile to help both before and during our stay.
We received our PCR test result in half the expected time, meaning we could leave the hotel on the night time, which was much appreciated after a long flight. The food provided was far better than we expected, we had planned to order our own food in but didn't need to as the quality was very good. The hotel's location is quiet with food vendors, 7/11 and massage shops close by so had everything we needed for our short stay here.
I look forward to staying here again

Nice Hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Test&Go Customer Service is excellent. The staffs answered all my messages really quick and are willing to help. As the day5 was cancelled from the government there was no problem to get your money back. I will come to this hotel every time I am in BKK. Great job Lemontea!

Stayed there for my "test and go" scheme. You get a small boxed meal consists of a fried chicken drumstick, fried rice, and small pieces of hot dogs. Plenty of bottled water in the room and soft drinks.

Ms. Piyada Thiantai was Amazing in providing Realiable Service such as did my thai pass hotel booking soon and made it possible to have a smooth travel from pick up from Airport to hotel. Hotel staff were amazing and wonderfull. Big big shout out loud "AMAZING". Will surerly talk about the services to friends and Colleagues!

Here, we wish to thank our sincere and efficient hotelier and its staffs assistance (i.e. Speedy action in the arrangement of test and go, prompt response in email on our enquiry, regular updates on Covid-19 situation and regulation in Thailand, super regular check and update on arrival PCR result and etc) that was rendered to us, way before we reach Thailand, and without the gracious help, we probably wouldn't be able to make it for this long waited holiday!

Very clean, reasonably priced. Close to railway and bus stations. Good choice for "test and go" and "sandbox" package.
