Lek Massage House reviews
34I don't recommend it. The massage was done carelessly. No atmosphere, no service, overprice.
For the second time I had visited this place because its close to my hotel however seems that they don’t care of customer satisfaction, very old therapist getting tired of work, you even don’t feel that they are rubbing your body, and they only spill the oil all over you and rubbing
I will never go back again
Insulting towards my gf, bad quality massage. We complained, but nobody spoke decent English.
I have a pretty decent massage, however the space is not as nice as other similar price places. During Songkran, they party all day long which is fun!
Massage package is not expensive. The environment is very nice. Also the massage is good and super comfortable.
It’s close to the hotel that I’m staying. I went there 3 times and it’s depends on if you are lucky to get a good masseur. The first 2x was ok, but the last one is so awful that I will not go again. Customer service at the front desk is awful too.
Booked 1 hour foot massage for 6 pax and all of us are disappointed. The masseurs don’t seems interested to put in any effort for proper job, very unlike other Lek outlets. Will not revisit this shop! Never ever
The WORST massage I ever had! Totally A NIGHTMARE!
The masseur was felling asleep when doing the massage. All staff are keep talking during the whole massage time. She was just rubbing my leg instead of massage and she was peeling her hand skin on my legs!
I tried many times in different shops of Lek massage and this is the WORST!
I should read the reviews before I went to this shop. If it is possible, I will definitely give 0 for them with no doubt!
Nice place and friendly staff but the massage was very weak and not following the Thai massage standards as I know them from other places, the only good was washing the feet.
Decent and professional Thai massage. This is NOT your typical massage place (for those that are like the ignorant Karens complaining). This is true Thai massage. As a practitioner of oriental medicine, and licensed massage therapist myself, this massage brought fond memories of my Thai massage instructor 15 years ago.
Anyway. Good massage. Slightly expensive compared to other places, but the higher vost justifies the higher quality of the establishment.
They wash your feet first, give you loose clothing to put on, and then go to work using, palms, fingers, elbows, feet, and knees throughout your body's meridians from bottom to top.
One of the worst Thai massages i ever experienced. Booked the last available slot at 11pm for a 1 hour full body Thai massage. What it felt like was a rushed job, as though the masseuse was rushing to finish. It hardly even felt like a massage at all, i dont even know how to describe what i experienced. I chose Lek, thinking it would be more reputable than another shop just down the street in the smaller alley. I think i would've been just better off choosing the other shop with a cheaper service, at least i wouldn't have felt cheated for what i paid for. It wasn't even the full hour, and no drink was offered at all at the end of the massage, something which should be most basic of massage parlours.
Don’t go here. Therapists simply lather you up in oil and pet you. When asked if can massage a bit harder they go CHALLENGE ACCEPTED and try to foam roll your calves to death with their elbows. The massage beds upstairs are very hard so when they elbow the back of your knee your knee cap pops out of jts freaking socket.
Cute ambience though.:/
The foot massage was quite nice but I can’t recommend the pedicure! The utensils were not cleaned between customers and it hurt when she removed the cuticles. It was not very hygienic in general!
Whole family came here for foot massage and nails. One of the best foot massage I ever had as the old lady added reflexology treatments. The manicure was done with so much care and details. Will be back
Everything really clean. I got the best neck, back and shoulders massage ever, with hot herbal bags. Amazing! Really recommend this place, nothing to do with the massage centers in Khao San.
Since we are permanent travelers my girlfriend gets massages whenever she can, and this was one of the best. The prices are beyond reasonable, they are very Courteous, and I even did a foot massage myself which was worth the 200 baht all day long.
Terrible Thai massage! We paid 450 for 90 mins but they stop at 70 to 80 mins!
Did not press correct points and injured my angle when she step on my legs! No skills!
Go at your own risk!
If I can do a 0 star review, I would! They were super unprofessional and I had to repeat multiple times not to pull my shoulder too hard as I had a shoulder strain recently. She keep laughing after each time she wanted to pull or exert force.it was utterly rude and disrespectful to the customer.
Did the 30 minute foot massage and neck/shoulder 60 minute total 90 minute combo. Overall was good for the price. A lot of pressure during the neck/should portion which I was okay with but could bother other people. Also no oils were used so my shirt was chafing against my skin which was uncomfortable at times. Foot massage was nothing special just average.
Had a foot and neck/shoulder massage - 90 min total for 450 baht. Good value, would come back. Shoulder/neck massage was better than the foot massage.
