This time I chose the 60-minute foot massage (including 10 minutes on the shoulders and neck). The technique was very professional, careful, and very relaxing and comfortable. I believe the other advanced versions are more worth trying!

Not recommended for nails but massages are fine. Although it felt a bit rushed and haphazardly massaging a bit at random sometimes

Seemed like the person was a beginner and also used old nail polish that had sticky consistency had to get it redone. They didn’t use UV setting only a hand dryer so my nails are already dented as the nail varnish hasn’t hardened properly

Came here for a pedicure. Second to worst one I've ever had. My friend and my wife's were bad too and the clerk was rude. Two stars because they did provide the services, they were just bad at it.

Asked for a facial + leg massage, total 60 minutes.
Ended up with feet + shoulder massage, and I’ve been asked for extra money for the facial.
I’ve left the place.
This is the only place I’ve been in Thailand without welcoming and smiling people.
There are much better places in the area.

We had some time to kill before our flight so we decided to drop by for an hour of foot massage. Was quite disappointed to see how the standards have dropped tremendously. The masseurs were basically just applying lotion throughout the session. There was no pressure point massage, no kneading of knots/joints, no kneading of the soles of your feet. Zero. Just applying lotion and moving their hands up and down your calves throughout and throughout the session. I patronise Thai massages often enough to tell you this is a complete waste of 450baht. Perhaps this outlet is getting too busy or popular, so the masseurs are new/inexperienced or just plain lazy.

For many years this has been a fantastic place if you are looking for an affordable no-frills authentic Thai massage. They have been operating even before the pandemic and the quality of the massage was still very consistent when I came last year (2022). However recently, perhaps due to the sudden surge of tourists coming to Bangkok, it seems that they have become too popular and overwhelmed and unable to cope with the demand. There is absolutely no proper queuing process or reservation system in place. The whole process is chaotic and people are just crowding all over the reception area. This is a big store with at least 3-4 storeys high you would expect better management from them. They are not able to give you an expected waiting time and won't allow you to make reservations too. Be prepared to queue at least 30-60 minutes, although the massage here is still good and consistent no doubt about that. Coming here and getting a massage has become an exclusive experience. Try your luck if you're in the area, but if not, just cross the overhead bridge and go to Phunnee Massage they are equally good.

The first contact was friendly but then not anymore. The masseuse seemed to be super unhappy and really hurt me. I told her twice that it hurts. Also the woman who asked me for my money did that in a very unfriendly way. Most expensive and worst massage I had since 2 months in Thailand.

I had a fantastic Thai massage for 450 baht by Peth. Ask for her. She was fantastic. Really worked out all the kinks in my body. Place is clean and Peth was professional. Will be back!

Went there the last day before heading to BKK, we had foot massage for an hr the lady was very great and skillful, should’ve come here earlier

Employees are very nice. But mani/pedi was done pretty badly. Bad shaping and the polish is not covering the nail properly.

มานวดออย 1 ชม. หมอนวดนวดแบบถูๆซ้ำๆที่เดิม แล้วกดแรง ถูซ้ำๆ จนรู้สึกแสบหลังไปหมด มือหนักมาก บอกให้เบาแล้วแต่ก็หนักอยู่ ไม่ผ่อนคลายเลย กลับบ้านมาระบมไปหมด เราตัวเล็ก หมอน่าจะประเมิณกล้ามเนื้อเราก่อนนวดไหม นี่เหมือนนวดให้เสร็จๆไปที รอดูว่าจะเป็นไข้ไหม

The pressure was soft thru out the massage session. My leg don't really feel relieved after the massage.

I usually go to this branch after work/on the weekends, always satisfied with their service.

Reasonable massage with good service, always feel much more relaxed after the massage here!

Nice place but terrible management. Bought 20k worth of memberships in the last 2 years. Made a reservation here and showed up, after washing feet was told there are no spaces. Second time this happened. Will not go back, avoid this branch.

Rhat gave me such a good foot massage. She is really professional and kind. I would totally recommend her. Wow so good!

The 5 stars is mainly for the masseuse Ms Ya who attended to me. She had great skill and really kneaded out the sloth from my feet and shoulders.

Price was 350baht for 1hr foot massage. Place is clean, quiet at some parts and definitely a proper massage establishment.

Ask for this old lady Nang! Do not see her old but she sure has strength! I’m returning to massage the next day! I did foot, shoulder and head massage 90 mins for 500 baht. Added a tip for her too! She sure is good thumbs up!

I just returned from the worst massage of my life. I understand that some are better than others and that I wont always be amazed, but the person doing mine (leg & feet) was simply not a maseuse. An auto mechanic who takes pride in his work would have done a better job. I felt nothing. I would enjoy watching someone else get a massage more than the one I got.i'm just bewildered that a reputable chain doesn't have some sort of vetting process.

The foot massage is definitely not as good as you can get in Singapore or China but the actual massage is top notch. Very excellent indeed.
