Legacy Suites Hotel Sukhumvit by Compass Hospitality

The rooms are clean, but the outside of the building is under construction.
The building is not high, so the view is not good.

The whole staff are hospitable. Even The bell Boy assist us to get our Service car. Frontdesk in The morning is not that friendly though Im not Sure is that us or hers. She called us when were already in The car to pay for snack and slippers. When I told her to charge us inThe lobby since were running late in our flight a little hassle there but still worth to stay.

I think the room is quite spacious and clean.
Breakfast is at a satisfactory level.
I think it's a good hotel with good cost performance.

Nice hotel, despite building works in its conversion to Novotel. Room was nice and clean. Worst part is the breakfast. Just mediocre at best. Staff throughout were lovely. Always helpful.

The hotel has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Bangkok.
It is centrally located and yet the room is largely quiet. The room is really clean and makes you feel comfortable.
The breakfast buffet doesn't necessarily boast a huge selection but definitely ensures that you have a good start to the day, whether with a café, tea, fruit, bread, omelette or local breakfast dishes.
Unfortunately the pool area was currently being renovated so I couldn't use it.

Legacy Suites Hotel is conveniently located, although it's a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station. The hotel is currently under renovation, so unfortunately, the pool and front entrance are inaccessible. The staff is helpful, and the rooms are very clean, boasting spacious showers. However, the pillows were too firm for my liking, and the bed was a bit hard, but overall, the room was satisfactory. Soundproofing could be improved as we occasionally heard neighboring guests. The breakfast selection was limited and basic. Overall, a decent hotel for short stays in Bangkok.

It’s a cost-effective hotel and I really like it.
It was big, spacious, clean, and everything was nice.
There is a microwave and sink in the room.

The hotel is very nicely located on Soi 29 at Sukhumvit and in close proximity of BTS stations but, the hotel is currently under renovation and Agoda doesn’t mentions of it while booking. The property has likely been taken over by Novotel and most likely the operations might improve post complete takeover by end of December 2023.

The rooms are spacious and well maintained in renovated building but the hotel is operating a very small in house restaurant to cater buffet breakfast with very limited options. The restaurant closes at 3 pm in the afternoon and the hotel operates with very limited staff during night hours. The pool is also under renovation and hence there massive construction work going on at the approach entrance.

The rooms were great. Small kitchen included. The facilities were very nice and there was good security with the elevators requiring a keycard to work. Pretty pool area but we did not get a chance to use it. Ac in the hallways was also an upgrade from other hotels we have been at.

Location is nice but the street it’s on does not have sidewalks which made it a bit unsafer to get to the main road. Otherwise locations was good.

I can say, I am a regular customer at this hotel, starting coming on 2017, after a pandemic time break, already 2 times there, for many days. The are some change in the next future: changing property and unfortunately, also some old good staff, alreday left. I hope, to don't be forced to change too. I love this hotel for his location, close to what I like and calm, good service, relaxing atmosphere. I also appreciate this hotel for the choise of his staff: I love everyone who now still there and who already left. Now my contact person at front desk is Nut, that I hope to meet there, when coming back. A good staff makes always the difference. I am sure, Mr. Norasedhsiri, Front Office Manager, who makes a great job, for me the best in Bangkok, will always find a good solution. Waiting time in my country, to be soon back. I stayed in the executive suite. If you're staying long I reccomend it since it comes with a mini kitchen and washer.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! Can't say enough about the staff.always greets you.lots of amenities. A good breakfast buffet for $150 baht
Good location. Close to terminal 21 and Siam Paragon is a 15 minute drive. I reccomend downloading Grab for taxi service. Definitely will stay again

Bad experience!

They surprised me with a letter from the hotel when I came back to the room changing me an amount of 300 $ they said I did a damage to glas which behind the oven I told them that wasn’t from me and really it wasn’t from me then they gave me a discount of 100$ But I refused after that they said we will call the police and I don’t want to be in a triple since this is not my country they said last price for the charge is 100$ I paid them and I did the checkout immediately!

Not recommended at all

Loved our stay there. The rooms are big and spacious. The cleaning staff are good, they cleaned and restocked amenities on a daily basis. The breakfast was okay but not many options but the food taste was really good. The behaviour of the staff was really friendly and professional. The only down side is the location as we shifted from Carlton and Legacy Suites was a bit far from nearest 7/11. But if you can walk then you'll have no trouble reaching Terminal 21 but those with kids or older people need Tuktuk or taxi to reach for sure

Hotel is nice, polite staff, nice location, swimming pool. Food is also good.they provide washing machine in rooms so for me, i was able to wash few of my clothes which i re-used during my trip to thailand. I really thanks them for the same.

I think there is nothing i dis-like.i highly recommend them if you are willing to stay near metro station, and also, there is a food street in front of their hotel, so you can enjoy that as well.

I stayed at Legacy Suites for around 15 days in July 2022. I have to say this, normally I never write reviews unless it's about complaining about something …. But the Hospitality and comfort I experienced at Legacy Suites were just amazing and I needed to write a few words about it.

I had booked the Suite Room with a Balcony. As I arrived early in the morning, I request the General Manager, Mr. Wirote Ongzine if he would maybe allow me to check in early as their normal check is in the afternoon. Mr. Ongzine, was very prompt in his response and graciously offered me an early check in as the room was ready.

My room was on the 6th floor, they have Key cards which allow only access to the guests with cards to reach their respective floor/room. The staff at Legacy Suites were all very welcoming with their smiles and greetings.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choices along with my favorite being the French toast and Freshly brewed Coffee. The staff were very quick to respond to my request and went out of their walk to ensure my pleasant stay.

I have stayed at different properties in Bangkok but the Hospitality I experienced at Legacy Suites was memorable and this will from now on become the place I will always have as my first choice for all future visits.

Amazing place to stay with good rooms, excellent service and breakfast, and great value too. The location is also very convenient with malls, restaurants and metro stations nearby.

Good hotel to stay with family members. But their breakfast options are not up to the standard as they claim it's a four star hotel.

Huge rooms, great location and Fon made the best omlette l have had in the world, what a meal. Staff suoer friendly and helpful

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here for 5 nights. Great staff who are very service oriented. The breakfast here is amazing with menu changing each day. I wish they can have a coffee machine to have different café varieties vs just brewed coffee. The mattress was one of the best I slept among Bangkok hotels and it's not noisy at all despite being close to the Sukhumvit Road. I highly recommend this place for travelers and businessmen. Best value for your money around asoke area!

The hotel is conveniently located, surrounded by metro and train from the airport. Near highway with bus stops. There are many shops and cafes with delicious food in the area. Presented local cuisine and cuisine of the peoples of the world. We stayed in the new building, on the 11th floor. The room is spacious, clean. Everything is new and very neat. Decent gym and nice pool area. I like it. Definitely recommend!
