Lamphu House Bangkok

This was my 2nd stay at Lamphu House Bangkok. We reserved the double bed Superior room w/balcony, bath and air con. We love this place because of it's proximity to the soi w/market, restaurants and massage. 2 minute walk to KSR. Staff is friendly and efficient. Booking was easy. Room is great and the place is overall quiet. The restaurant is good (excellent Thai food). Highly recommend. The location and courtyard are the best on the soi. Adjacent Wat is a plus!

Nice place to stay in Bangkok - it is very close to main points in Bangkok, but still very quiet. Staff is very nice and helpfull, rooms small but clean. Only toilets are the thing to complain about - small and smelly

Well designed especially its public areas, well organised, helpful staff, great location (khao san road)

Decent room and nice courtyard at a reasonable price. Staffs are friendly. The hotel is less than 5 mins walk to khaosan road (happening area at night), but the hotel is a very peaceful place. There are a lot of tuk tuk at this area which makes travelling easier, but bare in mind that you have to bargain to get good price. If you are not alonr and travelling more than 5km (to chatuchak/pratunam), taking metered taxi is actually quite reasonable.

3,5: very well located, nice common area, balcony and staff. Even after checkout, allowed us to take a shower.
However, stiff bed, noisy AC and rudimentary private bathroom.
Still ok value for money!

Very basic, but clean and everything is there. The shared bathroom area is clean but smells like you wouldn't believe. On the other hand you don't notice it when you are in the shower. If I could give 2.5 starts I would cause it's really that. Not good, not bad just a place to stay

Near to Koa San road, you’ve got a lot of restaurants, markets and different things to do. The rooms are comfortable and the staff very friendly.
The prices is good!

Lamphu House in Bangkok, the place is located in the inner side. They have coffee shop beside their information. Many foreigners checked-in to this place especially the whites maybe because when you go outside at night there are a lot of grilled restaurants outside and they enjoyed the night life. There's also night market where you can buy different souvenirs and dress. They close the streets at night to give way to the market that's why cars cannot go inside.

Very neat rooms and bathrooms, location is fab away from crowd and yet walking distance from all the clubs, shopping and party streets.

Very friendly service, simple and clean rooms, lots of restaurants and food stands nearby, 5min to Khao san road

Great value hotel in the heart of the rambutri backpacker district. Good range of rooms & facilities. Happy to add my recommendatiob to the list
