4My favorite place to get Cubans and occasionally smoke in the lounge in Bangkok. The staff have always been nice to me, readily answering my questions. Romeo y Julieta no. 2 has a steady stock (my personal favorite cigar), and the staff have answered my questions as a new cigar aficionado. They carefully check the cigars for humidity and pack it in a well packaged box and wrapper to maintain quality. Delivery is also available. Highly recommend coming here if you want good Cubans and a nice, small, cozy cigar lounge to smoke in.
Showed up and tried to get the staff’s attention for 10 min but we were treated as if we were invisible. Not a glance in our direction, not any acknowledgement that we were present and seeking help with a purchase.
Casa del habanos at Mandarin Oriental bangkok is one of the most beautiful, exquisite & friendly cigar lounges in South East Asia. I would rate 5star because of the venue and the friendly staff, the service which they provide you is excellent. You can always meet interesting people while smoking. I recommend Khun Whan and Khun LEK to be your guide during your visit, they have very soft and friendly character and always attentive to the customers call.
All in all I always enjoy smoking at Casa del habanos @ Mandarin Oriental Bangkok.
This is one of the worst casa del Habano I've ever been to. The staff have no knowledge of the cigars or the drinks the store serves and are badly trained. Also they should be banned from using mobile phones while customers are present. The franchise should be taken away from this place.
