Kru dam has a very friendly atmosphere, for people who may feel nervous about training in Thailand with kru dam you don’t have to worry. All the coaches are friendly and welcoming. They’ll even take video and pictures of you that you can share with friends or for your own growth. Highly recommend

Training is 1.5 hours, includes cardio, stretching, and technique training.

There’re many trainers per session so sometimes it almost feels like a personal session. The trainers don’t speak much English but they will demo to show the movement. And in this case, actions do speak louder than words.

Travelled from Australia to Thailand for Muay Thail. I found this gym was very clean gym. Small classes and great attention to detail from the trainers. Reasonably priced too. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Boom did a PT today with myself and my wife, really good quality. Its a little bit more expensive than "other" gyms but the quality of this one is great, therefore, it's a fair price point in my opinion.

Here you will find amazing facilities. Plenty of equipment for Muay training and even a full gym. There are many trainers here and all are excellent. Everyday there are many classes you can join in and also meet some new friends. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! Trainers and staff are friendly. They conducted the class in English. My friends tried Muay Thai for the first time at Krudam and had a great time. Trainers separated them to teach them techniques. Very spacious and clean gym! They also sell merchandise if you are interested.

Our first time doing Thai boxing and we had a great experience! The instructor was amazing, very friendly and spoke some English, which was useful for us!:) Nice and clean gym, with a coconut bar inside for a nice refreshing drink after. Highly recommend, thank you!
