Don't be fooled by the outside. The massage is done in the 2nd and 3rd floor which has a totally spa feeling. The ladies focus on getting deep into your accupoints and muscles.
Some painful grunting will occur but it bloody works so well. The ladies know how to hit the right spots.
Be honest. Tell them your ailments and they will do some magic.
Ideally go for 2-3 sessions.

The hairdresser is a professional! The staff are so friendly and really helpful! Not only giving me an amazing haircut but they also recommended the style that will fit me the best! Highly recommend!

I got haircut from the owner. She is very nice and gave useful advise about hairstyle and how to take care of my hair. The price is reasonable and worthy.

I had a massage from Noi and she was amazing. Couldn’t speak much English but she knew where my sore spots were without even asking.
So glad I went to this massage shop and will definitely return on my next holiday to Bangkok.

Fantastic service and an excellent massage! My wife and I wanted to have a massage before leaving Bangkok and after reading reviews we decided try Kosy Massage & Cut. We were not disappointed! We chose to have foot and Thai massages. Wonderful price and wonderful experience. Everything looked, felt, and is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and courteous. Be responsive and be a good customer by communicating, just like with other service industry places, and you will have as great of an experience as we had. We will be stopping back in when we return to Bangkok before leaving Thailand.

Definitely a disappointer as my experience was totally different what the reviews said.felt like the masseuse was simply putting the oil on and touching my feet.could not feel anything, let alone massaging on the right spot.worst one I have ever got so far in Thailand.to respond your comment, she couldn't speak any English. Btw, it was not even like what you said she asked my opinions several times!

One of the best Thai massages I've ever had. Very powerful, which I like. I was also politely asked during the massage if the pressure was okay. The shop is very modern and there is jazz playing, which I found very nice and relaxing. Afterwards I got my hair cut on the ground floor, I am happy and will definitely come back. Outside there are no ladies waiting to lure you into the shop, which I found very pleasant. I like the concept and the prices are perfectly ok. Recommended also for families and couples. The owner speaks good English.

Excellent and skilled therapists! Friendly owners! We were a party of three and all of us had the 1hr thai massage! Very reasonably priced and no shorting of time. It was exactly what I imagined a thai massage to be. Left feeling relaxed with a lot of kinks and knots now gone. We highly recommend this establishment.

Good massage place. I have been here twice for Thai massage and Foot massage. Both were very good. The atmospere is pleasing and staff is very professional. Nice clean bathroom to use before the massage. Good tea to enjoy after. The massage itself was exactly what I wanted: enough pressure in the right places. I feel so much better after this. My tired back muscles are full of energy again. Also I have got a haircut here. It looks wonderful. Thank you!

Would give 1 star if only they don't send substitute for giving me massage. My first therapist didn't speak English and started brutally allover my back, I wasn't relaxed at all! I told her she's moving too fast and too rushing but she didn't get it and keep repeating the same tempo. Had to stop after 15min since i felt a sudden nausea after she press my nape recklessly several times.

Substitute came after and yes she treat me nice, more slow and careful but still she can't get the pressure right on the muscles, i knew several therapists that really expert on knowing locations of muscles on my back.
Don't mistaken my comment as them being rude, they're nice (let's play fair and square here) it's just the first one doesn't speak and understand english, the second one doesn't seems knows the right spots.
