Duty free with not quite tax-free prices. What's the point of buying marked up item at the airport if back home it is cheaper?

Great selection of duty free items. Just that duty free liqour price is not reasonable, quite expensive.

Booking of bill, but cashier said didn’t receive money. Now lost money and don’t have any product. Discussion for ever and no result: (

Bought some chocolate bags which was labelled for 550 thb, when i went to the counter, the staff immediately grabbed the packet from me and erased the price and gave me a new price of 620 thb, saying the price increased. I have never seen a system like this before. And poor customer service top of all.

Seems like there are many King Power duty free shops along the departure hall but this is the biggest selling cosmetics and fragrance here though not all are cheaper. Laneige lip mask is definitely cheaper!

This duty free deserves zero stars. They are scammers. I bought some Biotherm (Life Plankton Essence. It is normally gel-like, this bottle was watery and when applied to my skin, it felt different from the original, real stuff). I noticed it was discounted by 300 baht. When i got home and opened it, the plastic wrap was not the original wrap, but rather fake. The product itself had been thinned down with water and it wasn’t even to the top of the bottle. It had definitely been tampered with. And it cost almost $100!

Smaller than​ King​ Power Lougnge at​ Suwannaphumi Airport. ​ Less food​s​ and​ Less​ space but​ not​ too bad for​ taking some​ rest before​ boarding at​ the​ gate. ​ It​ is​ located in​the​ second​ floor​ in​ the​ King​ Power's area. ​ You​ can​ find​ the​ Lougnge​ Counter​ but​ not​ easy.

They dont sell Marlboro and Camel cost more in duty free shop than if you buy it outside in Bangkok at any 7 11 or Familymart. Outside 600 bath, here 720. I suggest dont buy any cigarettes at King Power Duty Free.

They had variety of international brands from cosmetics to chocolate to liquor, but prices are comparatively high

Bought alcohol and then went to terminal 2 and king power had not packed correctly so domestic customs confiscated. Beware

Overpriced monopoly. Can not wait Lotte and other duty free providers coming to Thailand. Better service and lower prices, once this MONOPOLY ends
