Khun Daeng's Vietnamese Noodle

Accidentally found this modest shop along the way to Khao San rd. I thought its gonna be similar like a Vietnamese pho or Thai soup noodles yet ~ its a combination of both. Definitely will be back for this delicacy. A simple thick broth over thai soft noodles - the taste is not heavy but fresh with adding some more fish oil, chillie flakes and shallot. A perfect one for winter actually. Black jelly also refreshing. And the price is very reasonable. PS: be ready for waiting as take aways are plenty.

It's a good taste here too. If Naisoy was just an expected good taste, this is a good taste that I tried.

The sticky noodles were so delicious I thought the soup was sticky, but the noodles were sticky and sticky! The noodles are very chewy, like eating tapioca pearls in bubble tea. And the soup was thick and delicious haha. One of the most memorable restaurants in Bangkok!
They naturally upsell drinks, but since they are cheap, there is no pressure. The combination was even better when I ate it with Thai cider. I want to eat it again.

One of my absolute favourite restaurants in the world. Always looking forward to being back here. Soup and springrolls are my fav's!

I'm a person who doesn't like salty food, but the fish cake is spicy and the soup is also spicy.
The broth is a bit sticky because it's beef bone broth. I've been to most of the fish cake noodles on Khao San Road, but I don't think I'll ever visit this place again.
It's a place that loves pepper. Fish cake with pepper in it, and the liver seems to have a bit of pepper in it. The ingredients in the spring rolls are spicy too. Pepper and pepper there too.
Those who like pepper and salty will like it.

It became famous because it came out of the salty tour. The taste is just Thai-style rice noodles. I honestly do this no matter where I go to the house. The local governor went with a friend. Why did he come all the way here to eat this?

Thai fusion Vietnamese noodle near Phra Sumen. You can sit inside or outside the shop. Have extra portion size. The food is quite reasonable price and yummy. Service is fast and good
