Thank you very much for this wonderful internship. I learned what I wanted between training, wai kru and culture.
A big thank you especially to Kru Yuen my trainer during all these days and also to the others. See you soon I hope

I just finished the 10 days course and it was absolutely a-m-a-z-i-n-g! If you want a 100% authentic experience of learning Muay Thai, look no further. All the trainers are very professional and very attentive to your condition and abilities. You would train in a group but feel like it's a private session. The Saturday night fights in a stadium nearby is such a nice bonus! I wish I could return very soon and spend much more than 10 days here.

The location is rather far from the center, but there's plenty of restaurants, massage parlors, stores and such in close vicinity.

In terms of the physical strain, here's my example, hope it's useful for some of you - I'm a 51yo, 10kg more than I should have been. I'm a karate 2nd blue belt and train 3 times a week at home, also doing gym. The two times / day, 6 days a week training is H-A-R-D. I missed only one training because I literally couldn't move, but did all the rest of them. I recommend trying this training schedule for a month when you're at home. 1.5h in the morning and 1.5h in the evening. Jump a LOT of rope! Do shadow boxing and heavy bag boxing, freestyle for 3x3min rounds. Of course the sparring is the hardest, but leave something for when you're here:)

I was in a group of (younger) beginners from all over the world, and it was also a very nice experience.

I will get back here as soon as I can.

Easy but fun 1-hr session. Many thanks to Kru Jack for guiding me well and polishing my basic techniques and footwork!

Great place! Loved the facility. The coaches are also very funny and highly skilled. Really showed me the basics of Muay. The excersies really toned me out, the coaches watch everything too. So if sparring is getting too crazy they step in. I love that. Best Gym in Bangkok!

My experience here has been positive. All the trainers here are able to perfectly adapt to not just everyone's skill level, but also their level of commitment and dedication. I've seen them train complete beginners, intermediate practitioners, and serious fighters, and they were always able to accommodate their skill level and help them improve. If they sense that you're more serious about training, or have more potential, they try to push you harder as well, though if they see a newbie struggling to keep up, they will also tell you to take it easy. They are also very friendly and genuine. It's very clear to see that they enjoy their job very much.

I also really like the location of this gym, being just outside of the busy city centre, but not too far away. There are plenty of food options, convenience stores, and other amenities a short walk away, and prices tend to be much cheaper than the city centre. This area also avoids the crowds and traffic that the city centre has, but it's close enough that commutes to the city centre are feasible.

The ultimate effect that all these traits have is that it draws in very diverse and friendly people. Almost everyone I've met here were lovely people with interesting stories and experiences. We all almost always get along really well and hang out together, so there's always that balance between training and leisure. This means that the gym is neither filled with only intimidating super serious pros, nor is it just a tourist attraction where people don't take training seriously; it's a place where no matter your skill level or ultimate goal, you will get the most out of the effort you put in here, and have a really good time doing so.

Great gym to train at! I did both personal and group training here. They were very friendly and great coaches. The coaches have a lot of experience and great attention to detail in technique, with a lot of patience. It was a beautiful gym too, I look forward to coming back!

It's a professional gym slightly outside of Bangkok.
The trainers had a real close look on my posture and even slight movements I've made while boxing/kicking etc. That helped me to improve a lot. There is a great focus on technique during training.
There's training in both the morning and the afternoon.
The trainers were all really nice and I was able to sign up spontaneously.
I really loved my training experience there, the gym sets itself apart from other gyms because it's not too touristic.
When I go to Thailand, I would definitely go back to this gym!

Returning after six months since my first week training camp, Yin, Bank, Fame, Cherng and Yuen welcomed me back with open arms. Managed to make 3 training sessions in 24 hrs. The guys were so warm including me with the group classes, even bringing me back up to speed. I had some logistical issues, losing a jacket in a taxi, then having to order 4-5 grabs to get to the airport a day later. Both were resolved with their help. I first visitted the guy in Feb 2022 when things were just starting to open up. Its truly great to see the gym in full swing, with full classes at all timeslots. Can't wait to return again and hopefully get to watch a live fight next time. Thanks again team!

I just completed a 10 day training camp at Khongsittha in May 2022. Covid travel restrictions just relaxed and there were only a small number of other attendees plus a few locals training twice a day, with three trainers. The trainers are all very nice and are great at matching the diverse skill level and pace of each participant, with lots of patience and corrections to techniques. After 10 days of training and lots of sweat my basic technique has improved a lot. I have to thank the trainers, Chen, Fame, and Jeans for that improvement.

I also booked private lessons twice which was helpful for learning more specific techniques (teeps and clinching in my sessions).

Matt, one of the owners also took us to a Muay Thai event on Sunday evening which was a great close-up VIP experience, seeing eight fights in a row. A great experience.

I love every bit of this camp, the staff, trainers, management are all incredibly passionate, helpful and professional. No matter the skill level, Khongsittha is a place that can cater to a students needs, I also particularly enjoyed staying at their resort and the restaurant (cafe reverie) and açai bowl shop (açai story) provide seriously top notch food I was absolutely hooked and had the açai bowls as both pre and post workouts! I also appreciate very much that they were the first gym in Thailand to prioritise our safety, carry out widespread disinfection and suspend training to flatten the curve. I can't wait till they reopen and wish them all the best in their future expansions.

I trained at Khonsittha for 2 weeks in Ferbuary 2020 with Sean Fagan (The Muay Thai Guy) and I really enjoyed it. I wish I could have spent a whole month there. The trainers take good care of you and make sure to push you hard while improving your technique and skill level. The gym is kept clean, there is plenty of trainers to rotate pad work, lots of punching bags, lots of room to move, a ring etc. Classes are not over filled with students so you get great one on one training. I was even lucky enough to have my first pro fight in Bangkok representing Khongsittha. A hell of a good time. I can't wait to go back and I highly recommend Khonsittha to anyone wanting to train in Bangkok

Training for a month was an experience I won't forget at Khongsittha! The trainers were awesome, especially Kru Jean and Pong. From the first session they took the time to break down and work on technique which was amazing. The gym, resort, and cafe all combined, worked together perfectly. All I needed to worry about was training and recovering. If your having any doubts, don't hesitate and come train at this gym!

Spent the last 4 weeks here and can’t wait to come back. Everyone, of all skill levels, are treated like family. You’ll get top notch instruction and bump elbows with the big dogs of the sport as they often train here. All the amenities you’ll need to be comfortable while you stay are in walking distance but it’s still far away from any tourist traps. It’s the real deal - you won’t regret coming here.

Absolutely fantastic facility! I was here for a 7 day train and stay program and have nothing but positive things to say about the center. I am a complete beginner to Muay Thai, and have the coordination of a baby giraffe. The trainers were patient with me and I never left a class without learning something and having a lot of laughs.

The trainers are extremely welcoming and accommodating to all skill levels. They offer a very fun and relaxed environment while ensuring that they deliver top notch training sessions. Whether you are a trained fighter, or a complete novice, you will leave confident that you gained some new skills.

The accommodation is clean and basic, providing you with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The restaurant was a welcomed surprise and caters to many dietary preferences.

If you are searching for Muay Thai in Bangkok stop now, and book here! This is your place!

I was here for 2 weeks with @Sean Fagan's Muay Thai Vacations. I know the skill levels would vary for a large group but the trainers were very accommodating. THey're a wealth of Muay Thai knowledge and happy to share if you're willing to learn. I highly recommend taking in some sessions here, and pending what you're looking to learn, book a private or 2 to really excel. They also spent time outside of the gym, from soccer, socials, and even escorted to get Sak Yant tattoos, they really helped shape my experience.

I had a great time training here, the accommodation was excellent, food was great and classes were awesome. Matt and Donk are good guys and very helpful all the trainers were really cool and I leant alot from them. The area the gym is in was really cool lots of local markets around and easy to get walk out and get what ever you feel like. Every Sunday we went to the superchamp fight as a group was really cool. This was my first time in Thailand training and couldn't pick a better place to go thanks alot for the experience!
