ได้พักชั้น5 กดลิฟท์ขึ้นมา ลิฟท์มีการกระตุกค่อนข้างน่ากลัว ทุกครั้งที่ขึ้นลิฟท์ (ขาลงไม่เป็น) ห้องไม่เก็บเสียง ห้องอื่นเปืดปิดประตูได้ยินหมด ตอนสายๆพนักงานทำห้องอื่นได้ยินเสียงตลอดเวลา

Much of dust on the floor and there always noisy of the doors slam in the night.
Help desk should be more politely.
Location is good, surrounded with markets, supermarkets, banks, hospitals.

Do not choose to pay at the hotel because they will sell your room to walk-in without any care about your booking, No prepaid no commitment from them! What a terrible hotel!

Bad hotel, no one speak english. They forgot to clean my room. The "hotelmanager" scammed me. He said he call police or i pay him 800 bhat fee. Because 1 more friend slept in my room.

Very bad experience. Never ever again.

เป็นโรงแรมขนาดเล็กแต่มีลิฟต์นะ มานั่งดื่มแถวๆนี้เลยเปิดห้องไว้นอนเลยก็สะดวกดี ราคาแอบสูงอยู่นะ เพิ่มอีกหน่อยไปพัก craft man พหล11 จะเห็นความแตกต่างอย่างมากๆ พนักงานงานมีน้อยแต่บริการดี เข้าออกได้ตลอด24ชั่วโมง

เมื่อวันก่อนได้เข้าพักที่เคนโคซี่ค่ะ พนักงานบริการได้เป็นอย่างดี ภายในห้องโดยรวมถือว่าสะอาดเลยค่ะ เค้ามีบริการแจกเจลแอลกอฮอล์ให้ฟรีด้วยค่ะ แล้วก็ตามจุดต่างๆในโรงแรม ก็มีเจลแอลกอฮอล์วางไว้ให้ใช้ด้วย ดูใส่ใจความสะอาดของที่พักและลูกค้า ส่วนบริเวณจากโรงแรมก็สามารถเดินไปบิ๊กซีสะพานควาย และบีทีเอสสะพานควายได้ค่ะ หรือจะออกมาเรียกแท็กซี่หรือแกร้บก็สะดวก ถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ

Was excited to stay at KENCOZY but
me and my mom were a little bit
disappointed to be honest.
Room was clean at least what we
saw but the bathroom was
unfortunately not very clean.
Especially the glass wall that
separated the shower from the rest
of the bathroom hadn't been
cleaned for a while and that was
easy to see.
400 m to BTS Saphan Khwai? More
like 700 m. We appreciate it more
when people are being honest to us
about their places.
The staff had trouble checking us in
and we had to wait 10-15 min while
he figured out how to do.
Otherwise we had a good stay. I feel
very generous giving it 3/5 rating
actually, wish I could have give it
2,5/5 instead. Simply just okay, not
more in my opinion.

The room seems clean, but it's not. I saw a huge cockroach on my bed. I told the staff and asked him that can I change the room? So, they called the hotel owner, the owner said no room. They just clean up my room by sweeping the floor. That's what I got. I'm wondering how well they know there are no cockroaches in my room? Are there baby cockroaches on the floor? Why are they solve this problem by sweeping the floor? The owner so sucks at problem-solving.

This place is worthed of more than 5 stars. The staffs and the crews are amazing. Their service is unbelievable. They helped me a lot. I'll stay again at this place for sure if i come back to Bangkok. The room is on budget but look expensive. I recommend this place to all of peoples who want to sleep on a budget but luxury room.

Hotel in ex ruko, receiption can't speak english, too noisy in the morning because still have contruction behide hotel.

The room is so clean and large enough for the price. When u coming late, the security will help for check-in. A lot of restaurant nearby, but if u want to buy some halal food, 7-eleven is just step away from kencozy accomodation

Close to the public transport, friendly staff, laundry facilities, nice room. Room comes with ensuite, tv and fridge. Key card entry.

Wonderful view from the window with very relaxing building site noise.ah the water in the shower is cold.yes cannot change room.don't come here

No hot or warm water, a lot of dust and dirt on floor of room, shower handle not attached came off easily, sink broken from wall and clogged, window on door lets all the light in so forget about a dark room in morning, TV remote didn't work and reception was bad, etc etc

I fall in love with the room. Wide, clean, neat, comfy and soft colour.
But one thing you need to know when you stay here, you'll always feel a bit shaking like an earthquake but it's not. And I don't know what's that and where's the shaking come from.
Close to saphan kwai bts stasion and chatuchak weekend market.

Nice hotel in a developing area. They do a once daily room cleaning and give you a bottle of water a day

The accommodation is great, rooms are clean and big, cleaning everyday and super nice staff.
The only problem was the work in progress in front of our room, it was 24/7 no stop for all the stay, sometime problems to sleep
