The staffs are friendly, the price is way too expensive here rather than singapore or HK for sure, but when on sale the price is okay like on the US website.
If you want to put initial to your leather goods, make sure to have a long spare times cause The monogram machine needs to be warmed up for 30 minutes, the monogram process itself only takes about 10 minutes.
