Awful customer care. Ms. My contacted me via Line and I replied immediately however she hasn’t even checked my reply.

Awful customer service. I booked a consultation and they suggested a date. I told them il check if i can take leave at work since it was a weekday. They agreed. Then i got back to them 1 day on advance. They never even bother to respond to me again. We were communicating in Whatsapp so i know they saw my messages.

Such a big red flag. I wouldnt trust my life to a clinic like this. Very unprofessional staff.

Very bad results I got after operation and many doctors till me that there is no way to redoing

Well what can i say, my experience with the Kamol hospital was just simply devine, if you looking for somewhere to go for cosmetic surgery then look no further.very professional, excellent facilities but more to the point everyone was so helpfull and honest from the start.highly recommended

After doing a lot of research i discovered Kamol hospital and it sounded to good to be true, but let me tell you, its all true! They really do make your dreams a reality, i did read that Dr Kamol doesn't do the surgery himself, trust me thats all rubbish he does do the surgery himself and he does it very very well. 110% recommended

Perfect all round, i would give 10 stars if i could. Dr Kamol is such a nice man i read on other reviews that he doesn't do the surgery himself i can safely say that's rubbish. He did my PPV surgery and im so happy with the results a big thank you to everyone at the Kamol hospital

I found the hospital to be perfectly run and they really care about you and not the money, very hygienic, all the staff are really friendly and i was made to feel so welcome. Excellent service and cost ill be going back for more surgeries soon
