Kaisin Dimsum / ไคซิน ติ่มซำ

Had a big expectation on the taste to be abit more authentic, but def not. Bakuteh is the only one that’s good. Chilli sauce is similar to that of chicken rice, and not chilli oil thats for dimsum.

10 dimsum get 1 free. We are with 2, thats way too much food. But good sales to keep adding more.

Update: 22 November 2023. The dim sum is as good as I remember from past visits, and a modest ฿2 price increase on a few items means it's still a good value. As it was Sunday many food vendors around Udom Suk BTS were closed for the traditional Thai day off. As I wandered I paused to get my bearings, then looked up to see Kaixin Dim Sum fairly packed with Thai people eating lunch. In spite of the large lunch crowd I had exceptionally fast and polite service. All tables were taken, so I was seated alone on the 2nd floor, for a moment. Soon all the tables were filled except for one. I'm a point and eat farang, with only a vague idea what I'm eating on many days. If it looks good, I'll eat it. All of what I had was di mak. There's a nice selection of foods that'll please you palette, your belly, and your budget. My bill, with beverage, Thai milk tea, came to 167฿. All dim sum is priced the same, 26฿, except for Bak Kut Teh 135฿, wrapped for 145฿ (5/12/22).

This is a restaurant where you can eat Tianjin at a low price.
When I went before noon on Saturday, it was full and I waited for a while.

If you specify the ingredients in the case, it will be steamed and brought to your seat. Drinks too.

It was my first time and I was confused, but the lady who seemed to be the proprietress of the restaurant taught me various things in English.

After choosing 7 items at the beginning, the proprietress kindly told me, "If you order 10 items, 1 item is free, so choose 4 more items. "

The second-floor seats are a bit crowded, but as it is a popular store, the staff moves well.

To be honest, there are some parts compared to the shops in the city, but it is a good shop for the price.

I think 11 items was a little too much for me who eats less.

There are various dim sum menus.delicious taste, served hot, dipping with jig chou sauce mixed with chili sauce is more delicious.

I come to this place more than 30 times since 2013 even today price is a bit higher than the past but the food quality and the taste are still good as the same. There are dimsum that you can get 10 free 1 or you can try bakkutteh, dark soup. Price per person is about 200-300 Baht. This restaurant is good for dimsum with affordable price.

Have all dimsum in the pic for 280 THB so it is a value meal. The taste is ok but there is nothing special. Some wrappings were falling off just by a soft touch by chopsticks as they chill the dimsum that pre made. The place is full of locals who seem to be regulars. Given the price, I think it’s worth 4 star.

I am a Singaporean and I swear the bak ku teh at this shop is good and value for money.
Parking is not easy, took us a while to get a parking lot.

ถ้าเราหิวติ่มซำในย่านอุดมสุขก็จะมาที่นี่. มีติ่มซำหลายแบบให้เลือก เมื่อเดินเข้าไปสิ่งแรกที่ต้องทำคือ สั่งติ่มซำที่ตู้ได้เลย 10 เข่งแถม 1 แต่ต้องสั่งในคราวเดียวนะ (สั่งทีละน้อยมาบวกกันอันนั้นไม่นับ)

ติ่มซำที่เราชอบมากคือที่เป็นห่อกะหล่ำปลี กับแปะข้าวโพด แต่สั่งไปเถอะ อร่อยทุกอย่าง ส่วนบักกุดเต๋เลือกได้ว่าจะแบบปกติหรือเน้นเครื่องใน

เรื่องที่จอดรถ เราจอดในซอย 5 จะมีที่จอดรถแบบจริงจัง เสียค่าจอด 10 บาท แล้วเดินออกมาที่ร้าน

Freshly steamed with large variety of dimsum. Very decent in both taste and price. If you're craving actual Cantonese dimsum, tho, you might not find what you want here. The place offers more of the Southern Thai style of dimsum.

อาหารอร่อยครับ ราคาไม่แพงนัก แต่ปริมาณอาจจะลดลงตามภาวะเศรษฐกิจ ไม่มีที่จอดรถ ต้องไปจอดที่ส่วนบุคคล
