4Intense gym. You can get some really good work here. Heavy hands. And lots of clinching. Very impressed with instruction. Thai fighters at the gym in 2015 were younger - closer to 16 - so not always lots of bigger Thai dudes to work with. But instructors would clinch with me and could also spar with other foreigners.
Toughest training camp i've had to deal with so far. Great coaches and great teammates. Incredibly hot when i went there though. Learned so much from my stay there

Only complaint is they seemed to be constantly asking about money and making sure you paid that day. It's an expensive gym with not great food or dorms.
This is my favorite gym in Thailand. The instruction is top notch! The owners and trainers care about the students. It is a great learning environment. I enjoyed living at the camp. If you ever find yourself in Bangkok give this gym a visit!
