Family of 6 rented the 3 bedroom room - staff was very nice and friendly and room was huge and comfortable

Pool and gym are small but very cute

Would recommend

* Nice swimming pool, lifeguard is very careful and helpful.she provides floaties for kids.
* Nice breakfast buffet.

Mattress is hard and pillows not comfortable.
Room service need improvement.
* Location: Aeon supermarket is in the hotel lobby.
No big shopping malls nearby.

Great hotel! I stayed one week here and I loved it.
The rooms are big and in pretty good conditions.
The people that works here are very welcoming and always ready to help.
The only downside would be the gym that is a little bit small with old machines but except that, everything is fine.

Really nice hotel. But our room neighbours where partying all night. We didn't expect it at all. I would definitely go here again and risk the noise. The drop off to train station was a really good pro, it's a mile, to both.

The view from the higher floors (>30) specially the west side is stunning. Staff members are very friendly. The washing machines are available only for those with >30 days rent. For lesser periods they remove the machines. There are coin operated washing and drying machines at the G floor.

There is a store in the G floor. A piazza place in one minute walk. There is two nearby hospitals. Otherwise nothing interested about the location.

DON’T LET THE PICTURES FOOL YOU! Absolutely terrible. From the cleanliness and hygiene to the unfriendly staff who ignore you. The room is mediocre the beds are extremely uncomfortable to the point where you wake up with neck and back pain, and the toilets always reek of a bad smell. The staff in general are very uninviting and seem to be annoyed or bothered when you ask them for anything. Those are just some of the things wrong with this residence. I would never rebook again and definitely wont recommend to others! 0/10 (don’t waste your money)

This is the first time i stay in a hotel and they hold my check out process until my old mother leave the room with an angry attitude and also they told me they need to check the room for any stolen stuff from hotel properties before he gave me back my deposit money!

Cleanliness is 0, staff not friendly at all

The only good thing in the hotel it has a grocery in the lobby

I faced two problems
1. Even washed utensils smelled of non veg which was very bugging.
2. We forgot our phone charger in the room, when we came back and asked for it they simply said they didn't find it.

I like this hotel. The breakfast was so good with a lot of options to choose from. There is Max Value store on the first floor that open 24 hours. The room is big and convenient for stay like a family. The service was good. The BTS just 10-15 minutes by walk. Very comfortable to stay.

There is a convenience store offering quite variety of food and even some fresh food, so it compensates the fact it doesn't offer any room service. Location wise quite a walk to nearest BTS Ekkamai, although they offer transport to the station every 2 hours, coming back means will need to walk for approx 15mins back to the hotel.

Spacious & clean rooms recommend for everyone. Staff is very cooperative & friendly. Great view from room balcony. Only thing require is to renovate lobby furniture.

Spacious, clean rooms with comfortable super-large beds and great shower. Great swimming pool, sauna and fitness facilities downstairs - I wish I had more time to enjoy them. There's a great massage place next door and way cheaper than using the hotel's massage service. Conveniently located close to Gateway Shopping Mall/restaurants and close enough to the Skytrain station Phra Kanong station. Breakfast had a fair amount of variety too. Would stay again if visiting Bangkok University - also a short 5 min walk away.

There were ants a dirty diaper and two unworkable elevators in our top floor most expensive sweet

Hotel has more floors than poolside beds, which are three, two of which with matress.

Price/room quality is ok. Acceptable when staying just one night when not in need of relaxation. Pool area has 0 atmosphere.

Recommend to look elsewhere in this pricerange.

Best in class hotel. Good staffs. Nice and clean rooms. Good swimming pool. Loved this place. Recommended for everyone
