One of the best view of the river and the Bangkok city. It’s about 15 years old but still beautiful. Reasonable and affordable price and would recommend to anyone who wants to live by the river outside of the crowded downtown.

ด้านหน้าติดถนนใหญ่ด้านหลังติดแม่น้ำ มีของกินทุกเช้า มีเซเว่นอีเลฟเว่น 24 ชั่วโมง ช่วงบ่ายมี มีผลไม้มาขาย ตอนเช้ามีรถ ตู้รับส่ง รถไฟฟ้าสถานีใกล้เคียง และมีเรือ ไปส่งรถไฟฟ้าสถานีตากสิน ค่าบริการ 30 บาท อยากจะขึ้นแท็กซี่ ยามก็เรียกเข้ามาให้ ความปลอดภัย ที่นี่คือหัวใจสำคัญ.
สถานที่บริเวณรอบๆร่มรื่น ทุกเช้าและเย็นมีคนมาวิ่งจ๊อกกิ้ง ริมแม่น้ำ เป็นบรรยากาศที่ดีทีเดียว แม้ตึกจะเก่า แต่ความสะอาดก็ถือว่าใช้ได้ เพราะค่าส่วนกลางก็ไม่แพงมาก พนักงาน ให้ความช่วยเหลือ และจำลูกบ้านได้เกือบทุกคน ส่วนใหญ่ เป็นมิตร และ มีมารยาทดี

Great views. Clean apartment. Great pool and gym. Good value tasty food in the in house restaurant

Great place to stay in Bangkok, comfortable room, great pool and gym ferry at rear to get to major BTS at Shilom. A little far out without car, if you do not like ferry.

Great pool open till 10 as was the adjoining restuarant which served really fresh and flavoursome food. Gym was modern, squash courts a great bonus

The condos are clean, well appointed. Great view of the river on two sides. Fantastic roof terrace on same level of the pent house.

Great security at the drive way and door entrance. Has its own shuttle boat and is a very short ride to several bts in taxi or a few piers along the river

Absolutely perfect little apartments.very good view from the penthouse. Accessible balcony provides great view of the river.
