ขนมอร่อยแต่พนักงานไม่น่ารักเลยค่ะ เนื่องจากมีลูกค้าเข้ามาใหม่จำนวนเท่ากับโต๊ะที่นั่งอยู่ พนักงานจึงมากดดัน ตั้งแต่เก็บจานที่กินเสร็จ และมาถามว่าจะสั่งอะไรเพิ่มมั๊ย ทั้งๆที่นั่งไปเพียงแค่ 10 กว่านาที แล้วก็ให้เช็คบิลค่ะ รู้สึกไม่ค่อยโอเคเลยค่ะ

Delicious food อร่อยมากทุกเมนู ไปทานประจำ ไม่เคยทานซ้ำสักเมนูเลย ทั้งพาสต้า สเต็ก พิซซ่า แล้วก็ไม่ผิดหวัง อร่อยทุกอย่าง ชอบขนมปังก้อนที่เอามาให้ตอนแรกอร่อยมาก สเต๊กเป็ดอร่อยเนื้อนุ่มมาก สเต็กปลาดี เครื่องเขียงเมนูสเต๊กดี หลากหลาย

พนักงานบริการดี สุภาพ เป็นกันเอง

The restaurant is not halal, so we ordered shrimp with a delicious risotto of hearts, salad, and broccoli with cheese

Poor service with overprice food

I didn't plan to stop by this shop by pals insisted that their cakes are good for take-away. Now I understand why, their poor service worsen an environment and make cakes less delicious.

First of all, staff who received an order made a confirm of drink list which is ok, but when the drinks are served, they served the wrong menu for one cup. I thought this kind of mistake might happen so that's ok.
I ordered Hong Kong Milk tea (less sweet), the taste is not that intensive, no scent of tea. (120 THB)

After we finished the crepe for a long time, they kind of forget our cakes and we have to remind them, the staffs just peek at our order and they pop-up with cakes minutes later. I don't understand why serving 2 peices of cake took so long and they didn't apologize for the delay.

Coconut cake quite okay (cannot remember the price) but the rudeness of staff appeared again when they took our plates away, I didn't know how to describe it but their service mind are so horrible, just took it from us without any manner and kind of irritated.
I could say they look down on us, not sure if it was because we are Thai?

Anyway, to sum up their sweets and drink are so-so, go find other shops which I beleive that there are plenty restaurant that surely welcome you more than here.

Wanted to stop by for dessert but ended up ordering a salad to share. We had the Grouper salad and it was nicely done! First time having a grilled fish salad and I must say the dish is very well done.

We had the carrot cake as well and it was good, just that the upper layer cream cheese was a tad sweet, we ended up removing that. Took away the prune pistachio slice and it was also very sweet unfortunately.

There are plenty of cakes to choose from though. Wish I have chance to try more dishes & cakes. The down side is that coffee was really bad. Lack of flavouring, probably some local beans that's only butter and nothing else.

It’s a pity that we first made an order, then, when it seemed that something was wrong with the attitude of the staff, we checked the reviews. Agree with all the negative ones.
The staff doesn't smile at all, they hold the plate with their finger in it.
The food is not tasty, I wonder if the chef himself tried the mashed potatoes, which seem to contain 50% mustard? Portions are small
Bonus to the account - 10% for missing service. Don't come here, eat another noodle at the food court, at least you'll be full

Good was good but the service was bad. The waiter kept rushing us, collecting our plates as soon as we finished and it was quite disgusting to see the waiter touch and rub the spoons with his hand.

Super good Italian restaurant, the pasta is excellent. We had the spaghetti carbonara, it was delicious. We also had the lemon spaghetti, they were delicious.
The prices are correct, around 250 baht for a pasta dish.
I recommend this restaurant for Italian meal cravings in Siam. Our child had a blast.

The food is average, but the employee is rude, some of employee took a picture of us which is very very rude!

We went there while we were roaming Siam Paragon, we must say all of us tried different dishes and we absolutely loved it. Taste is amazing from dishes to dessert, presented beautifully and prices are reasonable. The staff are so kind and helpful. Will definitely see us again. I highly recommend the place. ️

Best cake selection. *But there is a little tiny sign next to the beautiful display case that says all prices exclude 7% tax and 10% service charge. See photo. So I got 2 slices of cake for $14USD

Was it worth it? Not really. The fruit on my cake was already mushy and it had stained the icing so I’m guessing it was at least 1 day old. I took a photo yesterday of the same display case and it had not been touched yet. Today it was 1/2 empty. See photos. The wait staff are mostly impatient older men. When I asked why the price discrepancy on my receipt, he shook his finger at the sign and frowned.

Expensive yet not very guilty pleasure feeling. Better to go to a afternoon tea in a nice hotel for the price of these day old cakes and have a quality experience.

Simply one of the best cakes I've ever had. Cannot be more explicit that that. Definitely a must. That said, they are on the expensive side, more likely what you'd pay at a fancy hotel for afternoon tea and cakes, especially when they add the 10% service charge and 7% tax that are not reflected on the price tags you see at their window. Most of the waiters are not so friendly but I will put that on the account that they might have been tired on that day.

Cakes and drinks were kinda nice tho the service was a bit disappointing.

Tiramisu in a box to go was wet, soaked. เป็นเหมือนน้ำกาแฟเปียกแยกออกมาก้นกล่อง ส่วน cake ชิ้นก็ปกติ

We love cakes here. Cheese bun is also our favorite. Dark carrot cake too.

We sat in for a lunch to try their food. Most of them were western food. Good looking menu. The dishes we tasted were delicious. Corn soup with egg, Thai green curry with noodle, grilled Chichomo, Salmon cappacio and Scallop salad. All were tasty. Good quality ingredients.

The restaurant was quite small so the tables were close to each other. Not comfortable to sit and talk. But for a quick lunch should be ok.

Service was good. The staff were helpful.

Definitely 5 star cafe for just hangout or doing business meeting with partner. Located inside Siam Paragon, they serves lots of various cakes and pastry, and also foods and beverages. Although the place not really large, but still on the good ambience. Will definitely back in the future while back in town.

แต่มันอร่อยไหม อร่อยมากกกกกกกกกกก รสชาติ 10/10

เบลชอบสั่งกาแฟร้อนมาทานคู่กับเค้ก ตัวกาแฟทำมาได้หอม นุ่ม ละมุน
ติดรสขมนิดๆ ทำให้ตัดเลี่ยนกับการทานขนมต่างๆได้เป็นอย่างดี

สำหรับเค้กที่สั่งในวันนี้ ประกอบไปด้วย Tiramisu ทำออกมาได้
อร่อยมากไม่เป็นสองรองใคร และเค้กบลูเบอร์รี่ชีส ทำออกมาได้อร่อย
ถูกจริตเบลมาก ตัวชีสมีความเปรี้ยวที่ไม่มากเกินพอดี
ตัวบลูเบอร์รี่มีความอวบ เต่ง สดใหม่ เท่าๆกันทุกลูก กัดลงไป
ชุ่มฉ่ำ เสริมกันกับตัวชีสด้านล่างเป็นอย่างดี อร่อยในทุกๆคำที่กินเข้าไป

สำหรับสโคน เบลประสบการณ์น้อย เลยไม่สามารถบอกได้ว่าประมาณนี้คืออร่อยหรือไม่อร่อย แต่โดยรวมถือว่าไม่ได้รวน แตกเป็นผงแบบบางร้านที่เคยกินมา แต่อย่างที่บอกว่าทานมาน้อยเกินไป เลยยังบอกไม่ได้

เบลเห็นว่าร้านนี้ลูกค้าส่วนมากจะเป้นชาวต่างชาติ
และเห้นสั่งอาหารคาวกันเยอะมาก เบลก็ว่าจะไปลองทานดู
เชื่อว่าคนที่ทำร้านออกมาอย่างพิถีพิถันแบบนี้
รสชาติอาหารหลักก็ต้องยอมรับว่าน่าคาดหวังไม่น้อย!

Love the childhood corn soup. Fruit tart and pesto was nice. Nice decoration and creative style plates in the middle of crowded Siam Paragon with no queue. Price was reasonable and service was quite fast.
