Index Living Mall

I brought a coffee table, and it was broken. Change new one and broken again.
And then change schedule but Index didn’t ship. Eventually it takes 4 months and I need to pay more money to change new table.
And they make so many mistakes.
4 months later I still can’t fixed the problem.
It’s really terrible!

Terrible service and overpriced garbage. They didn't even deliver the full order, and now they expect me to pay again? Honestly, just head to IKEA – it's more affordable and the quality is superior

To say I'm disappointed would be an understatement. I invested my money, trusting I'd get what I ordered. But half of it was missing! And the audacity to demand more money is just the cherry on top of a very distasteful experience. I’ve shopped at various places, but nothing beats the affordability and quality of IKEA. It's clear to me where my loyalty should lie, especially when faced with such glaring discrepancies in service and value.

Parking fee:
30 minutes free then 50 baht per hour
2 hours free with stamp then 30 baht for 3rd hour and then 40 baht per hour for 4th hour and beyond

Nice place for a one stop shopping for home products. Price here is reasonable. The Japanese restaurant at 1st floor is really good and cheap.

Premium furniture store and provides a design service. Has great promotions at times and helpful staff.

สินค้ามีหลากหลาย มีให้เลือกเยอะครับ แต่จะน้อยกว่าสาขาบางนา เพราะสถานที่เล็กกว่า
ที่นี่จะมี2ชั้นนะครับ ชั้นล่างของใช้ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า เครื่องครัว ของตกแต่ง ชั้น 2 จะเป็นเฟอร์นิเจอร์ตกแต่งบ้าน พวกโต๊ะ ตู้ เตียง ฯลฯ ปั๊มที่จอดรถได้ จอดฟรีครับ ที่จอดรถมีเยอะพอสมควร จอดได้หลายสิบคันครับ

Very very good and well-trained staff and service, especially the thin looking quite young guy who help to assembled the furniture i bought. Really appreciate!

Upstairs staff are helpful, but twice I have gone in to get kitchen items and the ones on display have are not available. It just happened with kettles and three of the ones I would have gotten were on display but not in stock. Just take them off the damn shelf! Also very hard to find staff who seem to actively avoid you.

พนักงานแคชเชียร์ควรจะมีกะใจถามลูกค้าตอนจ่ายเงินเสร็จว่ามีบัตรจอดรถไหมครับ จะได้จัดการติ๊ดบัตรให้ ใจบริการของพนักงานในindexนี่แย่มากจริงๆ

Helpful staff if you are english speaker and they speak some English. If not your communication will be slow and they would just kindly smile and say yes, even when it means no.and you might just get an unpleasant surprise. Anyhow, be patient and kindly asked for help, especially from managers who speaks English, they are willing to help out.

Quite small compare with other big branches. However, they have pretty much everything you need for a new house (shelves, bedding, other household items, electronics). If you are looking for a specific electronic device, better go to HomePro or Power Mall because they will have more options for you to choose. This place only good for basic furnitures and decors. Staffs cant speak English but very friendly.

I had a great experience shopping for, and having furniture installed at my home. I found the sales person professional, and the same with the guys ho came to install the various pieces.

They had a fair bit of installation to do, and did a fantastic job. I am a very pleased customer.

-Salesperson is not professional since i order white dinning table and get black color instead. Moreover, she input wrong price amount on credit card. Won’t buy anything here again.
-Suggest you all to go other store or better buy online as sometime it is cheaper and get free delivery!

Clean and fairly well-organized with good service. However, the actual products are nothing to write home about in either price or quality. If you're a diehard IKEA fan, Index Living Mall is not going to convert you, but it does score some points for relative ease of access (thanks to its multiple branches) since, to the best of my knowledge, there is only one IKEA in Bangkok.

A smaller version of its Bangna main branch but still a great place to get home ware.and furniture. This was Thailand's answer to IKEA before the Swedish giant came.
