Simple condo for the mass market.
Parking allocated for each unit.
Management speaks little english but did their best to help me each time, so impressed

The laundromat is on level 19, but lousy machine.
Pool and gym on roof level, not many people utilize.

Lovely development even though it’s getting old.
Walking distance to MRT. It’s lively at night!

There’s small gym and swimming pool on the rooftop. Laundromat on level 19, but lousy service. There is Max Value minimart, but not 24hrs (Closing down soon i heard).

Only thing i dislike is the elevator, it totally isn’t intelligent. Lift A is on ground floor, but have to wait for lift B to come down. Lame.

I think it's good, but just the parking fee is very expensive. Some people park for free for 3 hours, but here it's 50 baht per hour.

Common area on the floor ground is OK but on the tops are quite poor and not worth the price that you pay or will pay for the condo.

เราเป็นคนใช้บริการอะไรไม่ค่อยเป็นแต่พอได้ลองใช้บริการของ ตู้ Box24 ก็ประทับใจเลย เหมือนจะยุ่งยากแต่ไม่เลย บริการซักผ้าของเค้า ดีมาก ได้ผ้ารวดเร็ว สะดวกสบาย ไม่ต้องชำระเงินสดเข้ากับสถานะการณ์โควิดด้วย สามารถเลือกชำระตัดผ่านบัตรเครดิต หรือ โอนผ่านบัญชีก็ได้ ดีมาก

คอนโด ที่พัก ปลอดภัยด้วยระบบคีย์การ์ด ที่จอดรถเพียงพอสำหรับลูกบ้าน นิติบุคคลดูแลดี พร้อมสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสบาย ครบครับ ที่สำคัญการเดินทางสะดวกมากๆ เดินแค่ 5 นาที จาก คอนโด ก็ไปถึง สถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน MRT ห้วยขวาง
