รปภ แย่มากนะครับ ให้รถเข้าไปก่อนแล้วบอกจะเอาบัตรจอดตามไปให้ทีหลัง ก็ไม่ได้เอาไปให้ ลงมาอีกทีถึงเจอบัตรแปะอยู่หน้ารถ ซึ่งต้องไปตามเจ้าของห้องมาปั๊มอีก ไม่งั้นออกไม่ได้ ทั้งๆ ที่ตัวเองทำงานล่าช้าสะเพร่าเอง อีกรอบ รับแต่เงิน ไม่เอาบัตรประชาชนคืนให้ รีบเดินมาเก็บเงินกลัวแต่จะไม่ได้ รถยังไม่ถึงป้อมด้วยซ้ำ ทั้งๆ ที่ก็ไม่มีรถคันอื่น สุดท้ายลืมคืนบัตร ลูกค้าต้องวนรถกลับมาจากบางนาเป็นชั่วโมงเพื่อเอาบัตร ที่ตอนแรกจำไม่ได้เพราะบางที่เขาก็เก็บแล้วคืนให้เลย แต่ที่นี่เก็บบัตรไว้ มีการท้าให้ร้องเรียน สุดยอดมาก

รปภ ที่ชื่อ เอกมิตร พูดจาแย่มากๆ ท้าให้ไปร้องเรียนที่นิติเอง เข้ามาไม่ได้ให้แลกบัตร ลองนั่งอยู่ในรถ10นาที สรุปไม่ได้เอามาให้ ก็คิดว่าคงไม่ต้องแลก เลยขึ้นไปทำงาน พอเส็ดงานลงมา เอาบัตรมาเสียบไว้หน้ารถ จะเอาขึ้นไปสแตมที่ห้องลูกค้าก็ไม่ทันแล้ว เหมือนโดนบังคับให้จ่าย จริงๆเรื่องธรรมดามาก แต่รปภ พูดจาแย่ชนิดที่เกิดมาไม่เคยเจอที่ไหนมาก่อน

Typical large residential complex. It differs from the twin building next to it in that it is fresher. Bigger pool.

Scam do not rent from this place, I rented it off Airbnb and I didn't even get to stay there. They said I would go to jail they even took my money, I'm currently in the process of getting my money back

คอนโดที่หรูหราใจกลางเมือง ห่างจากรถไฟฟ้าราชเทวีเพียงเดิน 5 นาทีเท่านั้น

ห้องพักตกแต่งสวยงาม สระว่ายน้ำและมีมินิมาร์ทด้านล่าง ค่อนข้างสะดวกสบาย แต่มาพูดถึงด้านการบริการจากเหล่าคนดูแลความปลอดภัย พนักงานด้านล่างไม่มีการช่วยเหลือแต่อย่างใด

เพื่อนผมไปพักที่ห้องเพื่อน ตอนลงมามีกระเป๋าใหญ่1ใบ และกระเป๋าแบบไม่มีล้ออีก1ใบ ไม่มีคนไหนที่มาเสนอความช่วยเหลือกับผู้หญิงตัวเล็กๆเลย จริงๆผมไม่อยากจะมาคอมเม้นด้วยซ้ำ แต่เผื่อใครที่กำลังดูคอนโดดีๆ ที่พร้อมมีพนักงานคอยดูแลสักที่นึงได้คิดไตร่ตรองก่อนที่จะตัดสินใจลงทุนเงินก้อนโตครับ

Fine condo in the middle of the city. This condo has a rooftop infinity pool and gym overlooking Bangkok’s city view. The location is quite nice, allowing you to see New Year’s celebration at Central World. Just a few minutes walk to Siam Paragon, Pantip Plaza, MBK and Central World.

The rooms are your standard condo rooms, however they could made a bit more use of space (can use more space-efficient layout). Great plus on double balcony. Has a 7-11 on ground floor, will never starve.

When in Rome, do as the romans do. (Also in Thailand).

Please be informed, do not waste the time to act towards what you think you can take it for granted. It just happened to my hoilday moment when I supposed I could shortly stay wherever in Bangkok but absolutely at least not this place. They show it in the condo's lobby that daily rental room here is not permitted. If you acted against its regulation here, you might get a trouble later. To avoid to have a problem with a police here is my first alternative to not get involved with.

Hence, I changed my mind. Feel free to better stay in a hotel.

What a shock at night when police came.

We booked on airbnb and it was a trouble to get in already. The guards wanted money to let us pass.

Moreover, some others seemed to make trouble and an owner called to police. We had to sleep in a hotel then.avoid it better airbnb

Seems like police is at this condo. As Jeena mentioned it should be avoided. It is a new condo and the management seems stricht

WARNING TO ALL AIRBNB

The pool had a nice view especially at night. I thought the elevator system was a little strange and extremely slow. The apartments are nice, but small.

Great place to live and close to shopping and public transport (200 meters from Ratchathewi BTS Station)

Great for long term rent. Amazing location. 5min walk to Siam Paragon. But terrible for short term rent or AirBnB. They have installed finger print readers at the main entrance and pool/gym so you have to use the entrance from the parking garage. You feel discriminated to say the least.

It is easier for muslim to stay here because many muslims and halal restaurant at nearby area.
There are 2 mosques around 800m away from this condo (west direction), another 3 mosques are located around 2km distance.

Luxurious condominium. Great location, within walking distance to Siam Paragon, Platinum Mall and Ratchathewi BTS station.

It's a modernistic high-rise that caters to small households/groups looking to stay closer to the city. However, the lobby has no air conditioning, and ventilation in the building is somewhat lacking. The interiors are somewhat sterile and the grassy open air areas are uninviting especially at nighttimes.

The place is new and the facilities are nice and modern. There is a 7-11 down the street (up towards Petchburi 15) and street food during the day. You wont starve.
