It's near to bts station (just 1 minute walk). Condo have gym, swimming pool and other social place. The service condo give to us is quite good.

Near the BTS Sky train. Just 2-min walk so if you are looking for rent even buy any room this should be a good one.

The apartments, gym and pool are all good, but the never ending noise from ongoing construction is unbearable! I've been here since end of January and 4 months later they're still drilling in the walls and roofs all around me.

The sink already started dripping and the build quality is rather poor. I highly recommend staying away for at least a year, living here has not been a good experience. I'm also sceptical to buying as the quality seems rather sloppy. Nice facade, decent balcony and spacious bedroom. 1 star for the noise, it's the worst I've ever experienced.

I guess for Bangkok, it's a decent place. But if THIS is considered "luxury, " Thailand should be ashamed. The gym is super small. The pool is dirty & not even heated at night. There's no public wifi. Apartments are very, very small. Very disappointed.

First time in Bangkok, first time using Airbnb renting at this apartment is the very best and suitable place for couples or lone traveller.the owner are very helpful since it’s my very first time travel alone and also first time in Bangkok. Bang Na BTS was very near like a 3min walk from here. There also a golf course near the area. It was an unforgettable travel for me and Bangkok were friendly.i may return to seek new things again and stay here.

This area is very quiet than others.sure, you can find local restaurants and convenience store easily.here is not tourist spot but can enjoy local area more.also you can wait until samrong station.more local!

I was visiting a friend who lives in this building. It's very nice inside. The lobby is very spacious and clean. If any of the staff see me waiting outside, they'll open the door for me. My friend lives in a one bedroom. The unit is very cute and has many windows so it seems bigger than it really is. I didn't see the gym or pool but my friend said it's nice. The guards outside the building are always very helpful when I need a taxi. There is one guard who always stands up straight and salutes when I walk by.

Easy access to heart of Bangkok. Very close (150m) to main BTS line. Top notch facilities: library, co-working space, swimming pool, gym and garden. Ground floor has a supermarket and coffee shop. Highly recommended.

คอนโดใหม่ บรรยากาศดี วิวสวย ไม่มีตึกสูงอื่นๆมาบังสายตา ช่วงกลางวันมีเสียงรบกวนจากสนามยิงปืนหลังคอนโดบ้าง (ไม่ดังมากจนน่ารำคาญ แต่หากต้องทำงานอัดเสียง เสียงน่าจะรบกวน)

Modern and clean with nice common areas. Proximity to Sukhumwit and BTS leads to some noisier apartments.
