ยามพูดจาแย่ พนักงานกะดึกที่ล็อบบี้ service mind ไม่ดีเลยค่ะ เรามาพักวันที่ 13 มค 67 ที่ห้องไม่มีแปรงสีฟันให้ แฟนเราเลยเดินไปถามพนงผญที่ล็อบบี้กะดึก 5 ทุ่มด้วยความสุภาพว่ามีแปรงสีฟันไหม ซึ่งปกติที่โรงแรมอื่นจะมีเตรียมในห้องน้ำ หรือถ้าไม่มีสามารถขอที่ reception ได้ แต่พนักงานคนนี้ตอบว่า “ ไม่มีค่ะ เซเว่นเลยค่ะ” แล้วผายมือด้วยสีหน้าหงุดหงิดและเหยียดสุดๆ เหมือนการถามหาแปรงสีฟันเป็นเรื่องแปลกสำหรับโรงแรม ไม่แน่ใจว่าสอบผ่านเป็น reception โรงแรมได้ยังไงเหมือนกัน ถ้าไม่มีก็แค่บอกว่า ไม่มีค่ะ ต้องขอภัยด้วยนะคะ จบ คิดเองได้ว่าควรจะไปซื้อที่ไหนค่ะ ไม่ใช่ตอบแบบนี้ ไม่มี common sense and manner ขั้นพื้นฐานเลย ไม่เคยพัก ibis สาขาอื่นนะคะ แต่เจอสาขานี้ไม่ไว้ใจสาขาอื่นแล้วค่ะ

Service mind โคตรแย่! เข้าพักวันที่13มค67 ขากลับตอน5ทุ่มนั่งแทกซี่เข้ามา 1. เจอยามนิ่งไม่เปิดประตูทั้งๆที่เห็นผู้โดยสารยังมาถามแบบขึ้นเสียงว่ามาทำอะไร แล้วพอตอบว่าพักที่นี่ แล้วยามยังขึ้นเสียงพูดเหมือนว่าเราไปหาเรื่องเขา 2. จะขอหรือซื้อแปรงสีฟันเพราะที่ห้องไม่มี เราเลยถามreception คนผู้หญิงกะ5ทุ่มวันเสาร์ เราถามว่าขอโทษครับมีแปรงสีฟัน… เรายังพูดไม่จบเขาทำหน้าบูดใส่เรา+ตอบเราว่า ไม่มีค่ะ เซเว่นเลยค่ะแบบขึ้นเสียง แล้วทำหน้าเหยียดใส่เรา คุณทำงานในโรงแรมก็ควรมีservice mindขั้นพื้นฐาน แต่นี่คือบุคลากรที่ไม่มีservice mindถึงขั้นแย่เลย พักโรงแรมในกรุงเทพเรทราคาประมาณมาเยอะนี่ไม่เคยเจอแย่เท่านี้เลย ยอมไปพักโรงแรมที่แพงกว่านี้แต่serviceดีกว่านี้เยอะ หรือหลายๆโรงแรมที่ถูกกว่านี้แล้วบริการดีกว่านี้มากๆก็มีเยอะแยะ บูดมากไม่แนะนำเลย!

Ibis Sukhumvit 50 is indeed affordable, but it's located far from the BTS skytrain and in an extremely unsuitable area.

The road in front of the hotel is very narrow yet it's a route for large trucks, leading to a lot of traffic and congestion. It's also far from the main road, making it difficult and risky to walk along the street due to the potential danger of traffic accidents.

There's nothing of interest around the hotel. Therefore, if you're a tourist, it would be better to stay at IBIS Phra Khanong instead. It's closer to the skytrain and the surrounding area is much nicer, with better safety, restaurants, and convenience stores.

Furthermore, parking is very hard to find, even during the daytime, and there's no staff available to assist.

The location in the middle of a neighborhood is not good and the Booking is not correct, so do not rely on it
Nearby is 7-Eleven, and a 20-minute walk away from Square, restaurants, cafes, and a gas station.
There are street vendors and tanks for transportation.

The lobby is rather narrow
The reception is helpful and friendly and the check-in and check-out are quick

Our room is on the 3rd floor and the corridor smells disgusting, sewage and stuffy and the lighting is very dim
The bathroom also smells annoying, and there are nothing inside except towels and a hairdryer. Even shampoo or any soapy liquid is not available, and the shower is good.
The bed is comfortable and the pillows are not good

The room is clean and comfortable. It is close to 7-11 and just at the intersection. No disposable spares. Two bottles of glass bottled water are provided. People who are used to drinking mineral water are recommended to buy them at 7-11 at the entrance of the alley.
Since it is a temporary stay for work, my comment on the transportation part is not suitable. However, from observation, it is difficult to hail a taxi directly at the hotel, and there will be a motorcycle taxi hailing station at the intersection.
In addition, the lighting in the bathroom is dim this time, but it does not hinder the use, but it is a bit weird.
It's interesting that there are Chinese channels on the TV.

The staff is very polite but the room service is very slow. I feel they should have more staff to provide smooth room service.
Apart from that, everything is clean and tidy

But​ it​'s​ quiet​ hard​ to​ get​ there​ because​ it'​s​ not​ located​ in​ the​ main​ road.

Breakfast​ isn't variety but​ it's​ suitable for​ the​ price. ​

Everything looks great. But same problem as ibis Vientiane. Why toothbrush and toothpaste not provided? This is totally unacceptable when the other cheaper hotels are offering this toothbrush and toothpaste. Especially that the rental rates are relatively higher than local hotel brands.

ฟ้องพักดีตามมาตรฐาน ไอบิส แต่. แต่ บรรยากาศโรงแรมคืออึมครึมมาก ไฟสลัวทั้งในและนอกโรงแรม บอกตรง ๆ ถ้าไปพักคนเดียว หลอนฉี่ราดแน่ ๆ ควรปรับปรุง ระบบไฟส่องสวางของโรงแรมด่วน ๆ ถ้าแบบนี้ลูกค้าหนีหมดแน่ ๆ

ใช้เปนที่กักตัวโควิด แต่ทำอาหารให้ผู้กักตัวรับทานแย่มากๆทั้งคุณภาพอาหาร และรสชาด ต้อวเปลี่ยนกุ๊กใหม่ได้แล้วคะ เพื่อนไปอยุ่แค่ 14วันกินอาหารไม่ได้เลย ผอม7 โลเลยออกมา อดอาหาร ดีไม่ตายเพราะอดอาหารนะ

คือเอาจริงๆก็ดีน่ะ แต่พนักงานชอบทำงานผิดพลาดมาก กักตัวอยู่ที่นี่ แทนที่จะได้รับประทานอาหารตั้งแต่เที่ยงตรง แต่ส่งผิด เราโทรไปแจ้ง ก็ยังตอบเราว่ากำลังไล่ส่ง ผ่านไปชั่วโมงครึ่งโทรไปอีกครั้ง พึ่งรู้ว่าส่งผิด ส่งไปให้ห้องที่ไม่มีคนพัก เรื่องน้ำดื่มก็ใช่ค่ะ โทรตั้งแต่กลางวัน ถ้าเราไม่ตามคือไม่คิดจะมาส่ง

ห้องพักของการกักตัวดีใช้ได้ แต่เสียที่อาหารบอกเลยฉันสั่งอาหารตามสั่งมากินยังไม่เสียดายเท่าที่กินในโรงแรม และสั่งห้ามสั่งจากข้างนอก ให้สั่งแต่ในโรงแรม ดูจากอาหารที่คุณให้ฉันทุกมื้อ ฉันคงไม่กล้าสั่งในโรงแรมคะ เสียดายมาก หน้าต่างก็ไม่ให้เปิดเพื่อให้ได้บรรยากาศจากของนอกบ้าง นี่ฉันกักตัว หรือ ติดคุก ฉันจ่ายเงินมากมาเพื่อสิ่งนี่หรอ เสียดายมาก

Good place The rooms are clean The staff are very diligent even though I don't speak English they are trying to speak my language I recommend to visit it.only the internet is a little weak.also thanks to the cleaning worker

Bad experience at this hotel.bad for covid19 quarantine, the food was boring and without options even milk was not allowed?

I have been there for quarantine so I was disappointed the food was not ok can get bread and milk before 7 days. Can’t open window to get fresh air. Wasted of money compared to the other hotels my friends stayed

The hotel is far from the market areas. There was sewage water oozing out in front of the hotel. A lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast was less options and not at enough for the guests.
The only good thing was the shuttle to metro station and the staff was co-operative.

Worst hotel, dirty water logging infront of hotel. We found no one at reception during checkin at 6pm. Lot of mosquito in lobby. Away from BTS, may not be good option for family

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel and really regretted this decision.

It is far away from the city, which I was aware of when booking. However, the BTS station is 5 min away by Tuk tuk but then the shuttle service stopped in the afternoon.
When I asked staff about what to do close by or where to eat they responded: „It’s a very bad location- there is nothing around! “

The rooms were clean and totally fine like you would expect it from Ibis Style.
It would be even better if some small things could be improved. How about a little soap dispenser next to the sink?
When I asked the manager he replied that it would only be a 3 star hotel. And that’s why there is no additional soap apart from the fixed installed liquid soap in the shower.

I could hear very well what my neighbors were talking about. The walls are extremely thin. In this case it was fine since I was staying with some relatives.

The worst for me was the unstable and weak internet, which is extremely important for me in order to be able to work.

Some constructive suggestions to improve the situation:

- offer an extended shuttle service: 07.30-21-30
- brief your staff about food places etc close by
- provide a tiny soap next to the sink
- insulate the rooms better

All in all this was the most disappointing experience within the Accor Group.

The Mango shake/ lhasi/ smoothie was to die for. The best thing in the world! The rest mediocre. I was the only person in the restaurant and the ribs weren't hot. Not even warm. Simply room temperature. Very odd.
