Surrounded by several shopping malls, there are many roadside stalls, and the room is clean! It’s more than 400 yuan, so cheap!

The hotel is really nice and cozy, rooms are spacious as well. The staff management is really friendly. Loving the stay here.

Ideal location with 7-11 in the hotel lobby. Close to Emporium and Emquatier. Rooms are pretty small but clean and updated, also Im enjoying it as it is a cat friendly hotel, love it. Quiet at night as well. Highly recommend.

It's in the market place and there are massage parlours and restaurants near by.you have an easy access to MRT and local taxis also. There are many 7-11 stores around. In all it's a good location for a short stay.

Hotel near Phrom Phong station. There's a 7-Eleven on the first floor, and Emporium is right in front of you when you exit the hotel. The location was good, and the accommodation cost was about 8,000 yen including breakfast. It's a 3-star hotel, so it's small and you can hear the noise from next door, but the room was clean. By the way, there is no toothbrush.
Once you pass through the Emporium, you will hardly get wet in the rain. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel near Phrom Phong, this would be it.

Good location but not adequate veg option in breakfast. Bettee to have veg breakfast outside

Evey thing is good ecept the sound insulation. You'll some one want to open you room while they lock or unlock their room.

Reception is ok but “yes it is a budget hotel”. This reason lead to -
Nothing is free, no toothbrush, no shaving kit, no access to amenities because it is a budget hotel.

Regret booking here.

There are much better choices out there. Not prefer this hotel in Bangkok anymore

ทำเลดีมากๆ อยู่ในซอยข้างemporium เลยค่ะ ข้ามถนนมาถึงห้างเลย ตรงโซนล็อบบี้มีร้านกาแฟ ขนม บริการค่ะใต้โรงแรมมีเซเว่น เยื้องๆโรงแรมเป็น starbuck ใกล้สถานีรถไฟฟ้า

ห้องพักสะอาด หอม ที่นอนนุ่มหลับสบาย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกขั้นพื้นฐานครบถ้วนค่ะ

แนะนำเลยถ้าจะทำธุระแถวสุขุมวิท การเดินทางสะดวกสบายมากๆ

It’s been great to stay here.
It’s quite hard to go around except scooter to get anywhere.

Shower pressure is really nice!

Pros: Very convenient, location wise, comfy bed, smart tv, helpful staff, indoor parking lots, convenient store at FL1 (7-11)

Cons: small window, no toothbrush, toothpaste provided

I booked this hotel only because it has a swimming pool but once checked in you can use if you pay 500 baht. Mentions pool on website but not that cost extra. My first and last time. Room is tiny. Very insulting to be asked for 1000 baht deposit, I am not remotely interested in stealing anything!

Amazing value for money. Rooms are new, toilets are well maintained, service is fast, there's a cafe on the ground floor and a massive 7/11 right next door.

Great value for money! We stayed at Ibis hotel which has rooms on lower levels and that is perfect for us, we don't really like heights. Upper levels are Mercury hotel. Best location, so close to shopping malls and easy walk to BTS. Modern design, our room is big enough for us and our 2 year old daughter. Though it would be even better if the room was a bit more clean. I could see someone else's hair on the floor and water marks on bathroom walls.

The location is great. Since it is a budgeted hotel, do expect very limited space (we did not notice it when we booked it). Staff was generally fine, as expected for such budget, I guess

Location is perfect nearby BTS and public transport 3 min walk to big shopping mall Emquartier/Emporium and surround by good places.clean and hygienic.price is reasonable.the mini bar serve good drink and delicious food.check out process is very quick.staffs are friendly and helpful.very beautiful building, design, and decoration.modern facilities and equipment.comfortable bed and sofa.

Feedback part
1.the hotel doesn’t provide slipper
2.check in process is abit slow.
3.hairdryer is too small and take so long to dry my hair
4.one of our rooms had the shower issue and the water doesn’t really run and I couldn’t shampoo my hair. I don’t know if this case happens with other rooms too.

Overall, I had very great experience.will definitely stay there again when I’m in Bangkok. But hope the hotel read my feedbacks and do something about it?

Just staying now… Stayed at IBIS HK and was very happy there so I figured I’ll book a room here in BKK.
The first impression… not good.
When checking in, the front desk’s desk: totally unorganized, the table itself full of the other customers fingerprints.

Seriously the walls between the rooms are ultra thin. You can actually hear the the next room’ s conversation / the snores / the flushing of the pipe drains…
An advise to IBIS should add ear plugs as one of the amenities.

Speaking of amenities, they don’t have tooth brush so don’t forget to bring your own

7/11 is located on the ground floor so you can get it there.

From my point of view, terrible place to stay.
Should have stayed at a better place.
I still have another 3 more nights in BKK but mistakenly /luckily booked only for a 1night stay in the system.
Would like to give a good pat on the back to myself.

Will I extend my stay?

Not an expert in house cleaning but the top side of the headboard, totally dusty.

壁が激薄で隣の部屋の会話、いびき、パイプの音がうるさいです。

運良く隣が空いていたら気にならないかも知れませんが、今回すごく疲れてたのにほんと眠れなかった。

チェックイン時、テーブルが前のお客さんの指紋跡だらけってのとカウンター内ビックリするぐらい汚いっす。

あとベッドのヘッドボードの上んとこ、埃まみれです。

大ハズレホテルでした。

香港のibisでは大変満足だったので期待してたってのと、あと3泊バンコクで滞在するのですが間違えて1泊しかブックしてなかったのがホント不幸中の幸い

あと歯ブラシ無しです。

I stayed in Ibis and was informed swimming pool is not accessible. I supposed it's reserved to guests of Mercure hotel only. Location and price is very convenient and reasonable for business trip.

All the staff here (reception, concierge, housekeeping) deserve to work at a better place as they have went beyond their duty and satisfied all my whims.

But the building is constructed very poorly considering it's only built in 2019. The air con piping makes a loud sound every 15 minutes and it leaks fluids into the bathroom. You can hear the sound of everything beside your room due to thin walls, impossible to have a peaceful stay here.

This hotel is Ibis noted for clean modern rooms. This is right across from Phram Phong mall on the sky way. This is a great place to stay.
